I bought a 22 Ford Bronco from Clement Ford in December 22 and have had on scheduled service which went great using the valet service they provide. However, what really impressed me was this week I had an issue with the bead locks on my wheels. I spoke to Jerry and Alex in their service department and they were able remove the bolts I was having issues with, allowed me to use the valet service once again, and didn't even charge me for the time. I'm very happy with my experience with them so far!

We called Suntrup Ford Westport and told them what we were looking for and they found us the exact car we wanted within 24 hours. Paperwork was fast and painless. Salesman sat with us for 30 minutes in the car explaining in detail all of the Technology and Equipment.

Everything went smooth and easy. The salesman explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way to purchase a vehicle or any other services. I received a couple of followup calls to assure that I was totally satisfied with the vehicle and the service.

We just had our 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change and its annual checkup. David Farmer the Service Advisor did an excellent job of putting up with 2 old cranky people who complained a lot about various little things. He is a kind young man that gives a good impression of your service department.

I brought the car in and a week later I picked it up and it’s been running great ever since then. We dealt with Eric as our salesman. He was super easy to deal with and very fair. Very nice guy. We had a trade in and I feel like the value we got was very fair and what we expected. Would?ve given 5 stars except I tried to haggle a little with some extra costs and the sales manager was not having it. She told me to ?pick another car? that didn?t have the extras I was trying to finagle the price on. Told me they were losing money on the deal and couldn?t work with me on price. I ended buying anyway because we liked the car and the dealership overall was one of the more pleasant dealerships I?ve been to.

Eric the sales person that assisted me was very helpful and courteous. He explained the features of the car and even provided a follow-up call the day after my purchase and made himself available if I have any future questions. The finance person was very knowledgeable and explained the additional add-ons available.
