I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I was searching for an Ecosport on Cars.com and found an awesome deal at Watsonville Ford. I live 400 miles away, so I was wary of bait and switch which some dealers practice. But, we negotiated a deal and arranged financing online, I flew into san Jose (about 50 minutes away), they had a nice young man pick me up, I test drove the vehicle I was buying to the dealership. The paperwork was waiting for me, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. No games were played, the process could not have been easier. I would feel very comfortable buying from them again.

Service department is outstanding, clearly five stars. On an absolute scale, the buying process was only 2 stars, but I gave them 4 by comparison with my experiences buying cars at other dealers -- which would rate -5 stars! I bought my Lincoln MKZ hybrid there 5 years ago, and have used them for service throughout, so I have significant experience. I've been buying cars for 50 years, so also have a lot to compare with.

I needed to purchase a car for my daughter who is going off to college and trade in our old explorer for a new one with 4wd. From start to finish the team at Towne Ford made me feel really wonderful about the whole process. From Francisco and Carlos in Sales were wonderful and answered all my questions, they even delivered the car to my house! Bass in Finance is a miracle worker and Steve the manager and the rest of the crew were great to work with and they all made the deal happen. They have a great inventory and are very conveniently located. Highly recommend.
