I am just bought my second car from this dealership. Robert Reed was is my salesman for both vehicles. I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle (EV) online, and across state boarders. Ultimately the process went well and our sales person, Tonia, was great to work with. We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles. Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.
