I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. Justin met me on the service drive and walked me through the repair process, what needed to be diagnosed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Justin kept in touch with me and even had his manager, Billy call me with updates while he was off work. When the work was done they even delivered my truck home. Had standard maintenance work done. They were efficient and kept me in the loop during my wait. The car was finished in the estimated time that I was given

my only issue is 2 hour wait for oil change. Service rep was very knowledge and helpful. He did explain to me the procedure for appointments and why there is no specific time your vehicle will be seen even with an appointment.
