New and used 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning trucks for sale near Monrovia, MD

A few weeks ago, my husband and I were casually browsing the used car lot at Sheehy Ford when we were approached by Axel Jimenez. He offered to answer any questions we had and assist with test drives. We ended up trying out a few cars and found one we absolutely loved. Throughout the entire process, Axel was fantastic—professional, courteous, and never pushy or aggressive. We truly appreciate all of his help, and he has continued to be responsive and supportive with any questions or needs we've had since our purchase.

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy

Purchased a pretty much trouble free Explorer from here and have only had it serviced there,car has been reliable.Took it for service and William Marshall was phenomenal from beginning to end,friendly,professional and kept me updated on everything,as I had a lot to do,he coordinated my ride home and pick up back to Koons Ford causing no interruptions to my day and what I needed to do. My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.
