I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

They were very friendly and helpful. They made the car purchasing process easy and the test was easy also. I would purchase another car in the near future for Currie Ford in Frankfort, IL.

A low tire pressure alert brought me into Hawk Ford where I've always received EXCLLENT. This visit was much the same...EXCLLENT diagnostic and inspection of vital areas. A broken driver's side outside mirror needed attention and was replaced in full, with care and efficiency. I'm thankful for the parts ordered and service so professionally completed. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

Very pleasant atmosphere and the hard working staff that makes it all happen service advisors, service technicians, parts department, billing dept. and cashiers, & sales and to add that I have a quite long history with Roesch i can honestly say that all though i had one bad experience with the service department that was swiftly rectified by means of the service manager overall I would recommend Roesch dealership to any of my family members and associates , lastly I must say kudos to service advisor ( Jessica Mamahua ) & service director ( Adam Jaswilko ).
