I needed to purchase a car for my daughter who is going off to college and trade in our old explorer for a new one with 4wd. From Francisco and Carlos in Sales were wonderful and answered all my questions, they even delivered the car to my house! Came here for service in June and Jenna was an amazing service tech. This woman goes well above and beyond to make clients feel valued and important. If I could give 10 * rating for her patience with all my questions due to this being the first American owned car I have ever owned I would. She has been ultra patient and kind as I bring issues to her that need to be looked at under warranty.
