My recent service visit was with Caitlin Snow a service writer who was most accommodating and understanding of my needs. The service managers follow up and ascertaining that all was completed to my satisfaction and welcoming return for further service is something you will not fine in many dealerships. I was brought up in one of the oldest GM dealerships east of the Mississippi, and this dealership is everything you will need from Ambrose Orlando, Sales, to Michael Myette the service manager.

I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid. Service has been great. Only issue has been making sure the billing is done properly for the fleet management company that handles payments.

The Service Manager Bob helped me through the entire process of troubleshooting and repairing my steering problems. The steering column knuckle was frozen and had to be replaced. I am pleased with my overall experience and the results of my visits to Colonial Ford .
