While visiting family in Omaha, I decided to start my search for a new vehicle. After talking with and visiting several dealers in the area, I found Baxter Ford on California Street in Elkhorn, NE. My initial contact was with salesperson Ron Archer on the phone. His thorough knowledge of the vehicle and its’ systems, timely communication, follow-up and no add-on dealer premiums were the determining factors in my decision to make an immediate purchase. Ron went out of his way to make it easy for me to test drive and pick up the vehicle. Tomas did a fantastic job and worked with me and my indecisiveness with patience and expertise. They had a bunch of brand new Mavericks when they are almost impossible to find. I’m excited to work with them when the wife’s car needs replaced, because I planning on driving this one till the end of time.

Had a long time sales consultant that I bought all my cars from recently retire so was in the unfortunate position of finding a new salesperson to deal the way I like to deal. While shopping online for a used 4runner, woodhouse had a limited list on their website. The title was for a limited but the actual vehicle was an SR5. The salesperson was friendly and helpful but it was frustrating that the label was incorrect

Went in on a Saturday with the sole purpose of buy a new truck. Everyone I came into contact with were polite, respectful, professional and in most cases funny. Humor goes a long way with me. Long story short, drove out in a new truck in decent time. Jake, my salesman was very easy to work with. Randy, the finance guy, very knowledgeable and efficient. On sat Aug 14th, I was greeted right of way by Jake S. He was super friendly and helpful. The best part of this experience was the fact that Jake listened to my requests and needs. Afterwards he asked questions and provided feedback. Most of my experiences when comes to purchasing a new/used vehicle is terrible, they don't care about you or your needs.
