Excellent buying experience dealing with Keith over the phone and Donavan once I got to the Dealership. Living about 3 hours away Keith took the keys so they would not show the car to anyone else untill I got to dealership.

Great service from start to finish. Mario did a great job of assisting with information about the Ranger. The sales manager and the finance department were very helpful.

Performed an oil change, rotated my tires, advised me of a nail in one of my tires and also of the problems Ford has had with failing water pumps. They saw I had a leak and they kept it overnight to replace the pump. Awesome job

Excellent staff from the service department all the way to financing. I was in an unexpected situation and everyone worked hard at putting me in a new car. Marvin helped me with understanding what was wrong with my vehicle and helped me to obtain a new vehicle by putting me in touch with the sales department on an emergency basis. Knieko helped by showing me my options on new vehicles and Dagos helped me in the final portion of getting the financing set up and got me out the door.

Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.

Keyon P who was my Sales Consultant was patient and answered any questions about the car I wanted to look at and he did shy away from any questions and if he did not know he found the answer by asking.
