What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

I am just bought my second car from this dealership. Robert Reed was is my salesman for both vehicles. I found the experience enjoyable, to the point, no dickering, great trade-in value on the vehicle I bought off them three years ago. They have a 6 day 300 mile warranty on there used vehicles where I can return it if there is any issues no questions asked.This makes the overall experience perfect.

XLT. Starting with value, this won't truly be known until trade-in time. I have a bad back & find the seats very comfortable. Interior & dash have a little too much plastic. Fit & finish are very good. Frunk is great for small cargo. Power is beyond expectations, throttle down & there is no lag, really nice in the mountains. Ride is so smooth don't even know when doing 80+. All in all we are very happy with our new truck.

This has been the best truck I have ever owned. It costs 12 to fill up and gets 250 miles, that an 80 mpg equipment. Imagine that in any other truck, unheard of. Ride is great, smooth and quiet, and tons of power, pickup is incredible. And then there is the features: we powered several event with the pro power, food trucks, music events, middle of nowhere camping adventures. And it bearly impacts the battery. This thing has been the coolest truck I've ever owned. No regrets.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. This is my first truck and first EV, 2 in 1 for me. Pros: - Love the very smooth ride. Barely feel road imperfections. Very steady and stable on inner streets, highways, and around corners. - Acceleration is amazing for a large truck. - Big and comfy interior, front and back seats. Cloth trim and not leather. Plenty of storage all around, including under the back seats. Front trunk. Working table comes out of the right arm rest. - Basic but good infotainment system. Android auto works without connecting USB. Excellent. - Ford app is useful and basic for range, tire pressure, charging stations, and battery and remote car start and prewarming, Cons: - XLT: No front parking sensors. I would have expected a large truck to have them to help with parking. - Heated front seats but not the steering wheel seems cheap omission. - The arm rest compartment doesn't stay up and wants to fall when opened. - XLT has marginal battery travel range. Around 240 miles (per Ford, From 100% to 0%) in normal good conditions and normal weather. In real life, is lower. If u start at 90% (recommended charge) and recharge at 20% (per rec), then using only 70% of predicted range and add some cold weather that takes a lot of battery to warm and heat.. range will drop to around 140 miles. Meaning plan to charge frequently or daily, depending on ur commute and avoid long distance travel to avoid low range anxiety.. u don't want to have low range and start looking for a working and available charging station, to sit for 30 min or an hour to charge and keep going. I think extended battery should be standard, but that means more costs. - Ford blueoval charging stations are good and present in many areas and dealers, but the problem is that they might be offline, not working, occupied, and hard to predict availability which limits their use. So, having home charger is essential. - Wipers are horrible from factory. Needed immediate change. - Speakers are acceptable but nothing special. - Doors don't unlock by approach and touching the handles. Have to use keypad or key fob. - I opted for the 2K discount instead of the Ford promise home charge with installation offer as I was concerned with the fine print of "Standard installation" requirement and ending up having to pay out of pocket if Qmerit deemed my install as non standard and went with my own installer. I think the Flash edition would cover many of those cons compared to the XLT for around 5K extra.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

One of the best vehicles I have owned. A spacious frunk, spacious interior, a very comfortable ride, and amazing acceleration. This truck has it all. My family loves it, too, for road trips due to the space and ride. For a truck this size and shape, it is still competitively efficient with the R1T and Cybertruck.

Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!
