My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

XLT. Starting with value, this won't truly be known until trade-in time. I have a bad back & find the seats very comfortable. Interior & dash have a little too much plastic. Fit & finish are very good. Frunk is great for small cargo. Power is beyond expectations, throttle down & there is no lag, really nice in the mountains. Ride is so smooth don't even know when doing 80+. All in all we are very happy with our new truck.

This has been the best truck I have ever owned. It costs 12 to fill up and gets 250 miles, that an 80 mpg equipment. Imagine that in any other truck, unheard of. Ride is great, smooth and quiet, and tons of power, pickup is incredible. And then there is the features: we powered several event with the pro power, food trucks, music events, middle of nowhere camping adventures. And it bearly impacts the battery. This thing has been the coolest truck I've ever owned. No regrets.

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

Worked with Ced Thatch in Sales on a truck order. Although I was unable to purchase due to my financial situation he was great to deal with through the whole process. The ordering process was quick and easy. Pricing was very good and my sales rep was very responsive throughout the wait anytime I had any questions. I have had my Ford Lightening Lauriet standard range for 6 months and about 12 k miles now. Great ride, no maintenance at all. Very quick. The Bluecruise is best on market (better than Tesla autopilot, I also own a Tesla). Forget towing any distance. But otherwise it’s a F-150 that costs roughly $0.07 per mile to drive when charged at home. Equivalent to 50 plus mpg with no oil, transmission,air, differential maintenance. As far as best Electric, I also own a Tesla Model Y Performance. Not even close. Control panel two wheels and stalks you have mastered Tesla in 4 hours. The ford is a bunch of knobs, stalks, buttons (many totally unnecessary like power button) trying to look like gas car. Which make the display an add on control annoyance rather than a control center. Do your research before road trips, don’t depend on Ford recommended stops and ranges. Some fast chargers truly fast and multiple bays. Some 1/3 of Tesla supercharger speed and single bay that may or may not be working. I have taken 1300 mile road trip. Did my charging plan. It was work. Again I am jaded as a Tesla owner. With Tesla, go anywhere follow there suggestions don’t even need to think about it. Flawless. For us as a Play Farm, daily commute vehicle we love the lighting. I listed some shortcomings which is a big part while sales of new lightnings are way down. Like my truck, but if could do over I would have waited for the Cybertruck or bought a Rivian.

My first EV and not looking back. Fully capable truck with interior luxury. Super quick, most comfortable ride ever in any truck and incredible technology. Ford did an amazing job with the Lightning.
