Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. I can’t say enough about the great service I receive at Gator Ford. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and also changed my oil and rotated my tires. Was very quick and had me in and out in no time. Will definitely be back for other service needs. Plus they have a very welcoming waiting area.

The only place I’ll take my car to get serviced. I’ve had a couple different service writers through the years and they’ve all been awesome. I always feel very comfortable there. My mustang was having a running problem. I called in and Got Seth who was very helpful with all my questions, the process of how and what would be completed along with time frame. Seth even offered to help with extended warranty company as well. So start to finish Seth was ontop of everything

Great experience! Called to verify availability, Chris assured me it was and set time for a test drive. While driving 2+ hrs to get there, Leo, our salesperson texted to verify the address. Leo had the truck ready, test drive, short discussion and a brief wait for finance. While waiting provided vouchers for vending machines to snack. Eric from finance made it a completely seamless transaction. 100% recommend Ferman and their entire team!
