I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

Our Sales rep Terryn was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the whole car buying experience was an excellent one. Terryn provided a flawless experience with consistent communication, follow ups, providing videos and info of the vehicle and even going out of his way to not just make the sale, but instead check to see if I was satisfied with the truck and the process. Most car dealers and Sales reps don't have that genuine sense of customer rapport or high level of service quality standards. But Terryn and the team at Gordie Boucher have exactly that. Janel and Dave very helpful. I wanted a jeep. I saw one online so wanted to check it out it was missing a few things I really wanted. Janel went Dave and talking Dave said there was one that just came in the night before. I took it on a test drive yes that was the one. Went back in Dave was doing magic with numbers found the one so I bought my jeep. Only have great things to say. I would definitely tell my friends to come her. This dealership is above the rest. It was recommended by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. In fact, it has changed my opinion about domestic car dealerships. From the scheduling of an appointment to the actual service technician, the experienced has been an absolute pleasure. I am sure that whomever is hiring for this dealership is selecting the best people. One thing is to have the technical qualifications to do the job but the most important factor in hiring people that will be interacting with the general public is people skills. Every time I call to schedule an appointment Molly has the nicest attitude over the phone. The same thing goes to the Mobile Service Technician Isaias Sanchez. An absolute pleasure to interact with him. Courteous, service oriented, and willing to offer explanation of the work being done. Like I said earlier, not everyone has the people skills to deal with the general public. These people are the best! You won't be disappointed to get service from Hawk Ford of St. Charles. I live about 30 miles from the dealership and have other Ford dealers closer my house but I pick Hawk Ford for service over those dealerships just because of the people there.
