I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

Our experience was great right from beginning. Everyone was very pleasant and inviting not pushy. We were referred to Mr. Rocky and he was not only about the business but truly kind and making sure we were respected and not overwhelmed, while trying to make sure we’re were a good fit for this purchase. I would highly recommend Anderson Koch Ford in North Branch. We worked with Brad, and I'd look for him if you're going there! Great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The only minor issue we had was that the vehicle we wanted was being used as a loaner to the service dept, so there were a few more miles than we had hoped for on it, and it wasn't on site when I went to test drive it. Brad made sure it was back and all cleaned up the next morning, so even though the extra trip wasn't ideal he still delivered great service! They did discount the purchase price because of the mileage & added a couple bonuses, so that did settle our minor disappointment. The trade in on our STX was fair, and the purchase price on the Bronco Sport was also fair. Definitely would go back again!

Best experience we've had shopping for a car. I haven't had much experience with car shopping, but my wife has gone to a few dealerships, and has always had a bad experience. The one dealership I did actually go to, was terrible. This one changed how I feel about dealerships. While walking up to the dealership, they already had all the cars I was interested in pulled up to the front of the store. We showed up about 15 minutes early, and Dylan McDowell was immediately available for any questions, concerns, etc. Went on a test drive, and immediately fell in love with the car. Once we got back to the dealer, Dylan again, was extremely helpful, and talked us through everything. Never once seemed pushy or impatient like we've had in the past. Even though we came in on a Saturday, and tried to get in with enough time before close, we still ended up about 15-20 minutes after close, and everyone still remained just as nice, friendly, and helpful, not trying to rush us out. Halfway through this experience, my wife said that she knows where she's buying her next car! Can't recommend this place enough!

I was very happy with my buying experience at Apple Ford. My salesman Pete answered most of my questions and if there was something he didn't know right away he found someone who was able to answer. Overall it was a very pleseant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Apple Ford.

I contacted the dealership they did ‘still’ had the Maverick. The salesman (Dylan) was very attentive we arranged for a test drive, the staff were all very nice, I did purchase the truck and have arranged for a second one in the next week or two, Thanks Guys!

Service department is excellent! We purchased a vehicle from a Ford dealership in Bloomington. Upon driving off the lot, we felt brakes felt funny. We immediately turned around. The dealership said they could not look at it for two weeks. Problem was we were driving it out to CA to my son, active duty military. Dealership was aware. So, I called Forest Lake Ford, this was on a Friday. Explained the situation. Upon hearing my son was active duty, we were leaving the next day, they told us to bring it in. They fit us in! Even gave me a flower! THEY took the time, THEY cared! I now take my personal Ford Edge to them! Top notch!!

Had a great experience dealing with Anthony as my online sales agent. He was knowledgeable and helpful through the process which we essentially did entirely online, via text and via phone call. Negotiated a good and fair deal and when I showed up to purchase the truck (and see it for the first time, it was exactly as advertised). Best part is we did all the work up front so I was only in the dealership for about an hour. Quick in and quick out with my son’s first vehicle. Thanks!
