Upon arriving I parked my vehicle and was immediately greeted by a serviceman. He asks what was the.purpose of visit I eexplained it was time for 5,000 miles maintenance check He then showed me the waiting room . I was offered snacks like coffee and other ITEMS. The staff was friendly. I has a weight time of almost ab hour and half because there were many cars waiting to be serviced. Wait time was not bad. Good service.

Drove it for a couple of days and loved it. Plenty of power and space. I didn't get to tow anything. Will definitely be buying one soon.

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time but this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. I sent an email to the dealership around 1:45pm to inquire about a car, drove to the dealership at 5:00pm and drove home at 7:30pm that same day. Ricky in sales was amazing, easy to deal with, I told him what I needed and he took care of it without a bat of an eye!! I will refer anyone to this dealership and specifically to Ricky Pim. I read the previous reviews carefully and was concerned since I was planning on flying from South Carolina to pick up a vehicle of the year and make I had been looking for. I worked primarily with Dave, he was honest and forthright on the condition of the truck. He even took extra photos of some dents the listing might not have shown. The price was very good, and though I wanted it for less, they were willing to negotiate, so we both got a good deal. Nate, the owner was easy to work with and walked me through Oregon DMV procedures since I was from South Carolina. Everything was straightforward and above board. Dave even picked me up from the airport. Nate offered to assist me with the title should there be problems with Oregon DMV processing the new title. All in all...a very good transaction. I drove the truck 2400 miles in 3 days and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS (1998 Toyota Tacoma). I would recommend this dealership if they have what you're looking for.

I have enjoyed the truck and used it more than I thought I would. It has a lot of room and plenty of gear room.

Tons of power and a great motor but the transmission could have been built to last. It's tough to drive as an everyday vehicle but it's great for towing.

I have bought about a dozen vehicles in my life. All from new car dealerships and I have never been treated with the professionalism and respect that I received from Brian and his team at Bickmore Auto Sales. I called a couple days ago to ask about the truck I wanted to buy and started working with Kent, who went over the Carfax with me then went out in the rain and cold to send me pictures of it. I got busy over the next couple days and didn't have a chance to make it in, and Kent was so polite and friendly in following up with me. When I finally made it in to look at the truck a couple days later, Kent was on vacation so Larry and Brian helped me with the purchase. I got a great deal, I absolutely love the truck and what I appreciated the most was the complete lack of high pressure sales tactics I've grown accustomed to expect from car dealers. 10/10 will be recommending Bickmore to anyone I know looking for a good deal on a good car or truck.
