Bought a Used Dodge truck about a year ago. It was an older truck I bought with the sales person Jim Beardsley who I have known for several years. Was concerned about several features of the truck, knew little about Dodge products. He has let me stay in touch with him with all of my questions and always helpful. Last Friday, at a local shopping outlet, I suddenly have a dead battery. Had no clues I was going to have a problem, I am dead in the water.!!!!!! I called Jim ans asked if the dealership could run a service truck down to me and jump my battery to get me to the shop. He replied 15 minutes and got my location. Was not a service truck, he came from dealership and jump-started my battery, called their shop and found out they had one to fit the truck and told the service adviser , I was coming. 15 minutes to their shop closing, I show up, they get me in and get me out by closing time. Wow.....What more could you possibly ask of a salesman and a service adviser (ready to go home) and a shop (ready to go home) I would recommend Jim to anyone shopping for a vehicle and their shop services as well.....

I stopped by Pugmire Ford to look at a truck. The sales guy Tim was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I told him I was only looking, but he treated me as if I was important as any other customer. He was patient and was not pushy at all but yet still very helpful. Went through the Quick Lane and had my oil changed. I didn't have an appointment but they still serviced my car. The guy at the desk was very courteous and showed me where I could sit and wait. I was in and out in just under an hour.

Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.
