I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

I brought my vehicle in for service and inspection I was overall satisfied with my experience. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service the staff are professional and friendly.

My wife had been researching a replacement for her 2017 Highlander and ultimately fell in love with the CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus. It was definitely worth the 1 hour one-way drive from our house to Buford for the level of care and attention we received! I’d worked through an out-the-door price with Dylan prior to actually visiting the lot. Dylan was very easy to work with and super responsive. I made an appointment to visit the dealership the next day, where my wife and I met Robert Schmidt. He was very friendly, personable and respectful in introducing himself to my wife and me. The experience was like a conversation between friends- no pressure, just a thoughtful person in Robert going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the experience. We’d already gotten a confirmed offer to buy our Highlander from another dealership across the street, but Fabian in Finance wouldn’t let us leave without giving us an incredible trade-in offer on the vehicle! Our experience with Fabian/Finance was also very pleasant - no pressure at all to sell us tons of add-ons and things we didn’t ask for. The signing process was very fast, paperless and all saved on a thumb drive for us. The pick-up experience was outstanding! Our new vehicle was right up front, bright, shiny and ready for us. Robert and the team paid particular attention to the details and made sure we were extremely happy with the vehicle setup and entire process. I highly recommend Mall of Georgia Mazda and will be driving the extra distance to have our car serviced with them as well. GREAT job MOG Mazda!

I recently purchased a 2013 Mustang Shelby GT500 with very low miles and in like new condition from another state. I now own my dream car and have the piece of mind that comes with knowing that I’m covered as if I purchased the car new! I cannot give a stronger recommendation for any dealership than Greene Ford. They understand that customer satisfaction is what truly matters to aquire and keep customers in the automotive industry. I will continue to do business with them from now on.

Brady, the salesman, was super helpful and professional. Even when we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, he helped us with a totally different situation we had. He has kept in contact with us through the process and is super easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to other people as the didn’t make us feel like we were working with “pushy used car salesmen”. AS a U.S. Veteran, this is the third new vehicle I have purchased from Tri lakes. The salesman was excellent, courteous, answered questions quickly, always followed up and was very friendly to us. Honesty, courtesy and professional. Why is this important? We live 1.5 hours from the dealership, passing many other dealers who are just not up to the standards of what I consider a fair conversation and deal. We highly recommend them. So, this is not the easiest trek but produces the best results.
