Very professional, both over the phone and in person. No haggling, pressure, or fast talking and both gentlemen were friendly and approachable. Bought my sweet Mini Cooper cash and the dealer was honest about any issues with the used car, which was greatly appreciated. Only needed to replace a headlight bulb and turn signal switch, so for a 2003, that’s pretty amazing! Could tell they actually did an inspection and maintenance on the car because the oil was a clear golden color, clean antifreeze, air filter ect. We had Eric as a salesman and he was very good at answering all of our questions we had about the new trucks. He made the buying process about as quick as possible. Then Michael the tech, came and explained all the cool tech gadgets on the new trucks. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. I would recommend Bickford to anyone looking to buy a new truck.

No pressure from Malakai the Manager, who is also calm and relaxed. He was willing to listen and make adjustments. Even signing the paperwork was easy as typically this is the time my stomach aches and my heart goes 0- 120 in one second.

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. Well I can't give a full review cause I have to take my car to be serviced this Thursday. Just a day after getting the Vet home the "check engine light" came on. Yes I had to sign lots of "as-is" papers. So I have not gotten to drive it much. But Mike did a great job of doing the test drive and paper work.

The staff are great. Highly recommend Dave Goeke if you’re looking for a great salesman. Bought my truck from them and this will be my go to for any Chevy vehicle. In the future.
