I work a lot of hours and a single mom so my time is limited, so he brought me the truck I wanted to see and drove mine to get appraised. Taking a long trip in near future, so wanted vehicle checked out completely in addition to regular oil change. Since my car has 37000 miles I went ahead and did recommended 40000 service and 4 new tires. Charge was fair for everything they did. I purchased a certified vehicle from Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown, TX as an out of state buyer. During my interactions with the Mac Haik Ford staff, they were very responsive to my questions and provide more than enough information that I felt confident in the used vehicle that I was considering. Besided the frequent communications with my Sales Rep, Geraldo Holguin, the General Manager followed up to ensure my inquiries were being addressed. When I made the commitment to purchase, I coordinated a same day round trip flight to Texas to see the vehicle in person and complete the transaction. Because I did not want to drive the vehicle for 13 hrs, Geraldo put me in touch with Montway AutoTransport to arrange delivery. Overall, I purchased a certified vehicle on Friday, Montway picked up the vehicle in Texas on Monday, and the vehicle was in my driveway in Georgia on Wednesday.

The 12 volt battery in my 2023 Ford Mach-e needed replacing. They sent a technician to our house and he replaced the battery. Their service was excellent!
