Vehicle had some blemishes as described in the Carfax they supplied but an independent pre purchase inspection (Thank you 707 Diesel!) found it to be just as described, nothing more. Purchased a 2023 Expedition Max XLT 4WD from Woodland Ford last weekend, and the entire experience was excellent. Sales agent Sarah was very easy to work with, very positive, showed us around the vehicle, allowed a generous test drive on city and hwy. We had to leave early but had a verbal agreement to purchase and she was very nice in allowing us to finish the transaction the next day (and not sell it to anyone else!) The vehicle has 12k miles and is in excellent condition, it is a special edition so it has all the creature comforts, and most importantly our must-haves Pro Trailer Backup Assist and integrated trailer brake, which are key when you are towing and constantly hitching/unhitching. The car was prepped and fully cleaned and detailed for us the next day. Extremely happy with the whole process, great service and a great vehicle.
