Howie worked at it and found it, and made buying it easy, with friendly, no pressure, service. Steve in the finance dept. and Rich the sales manager were also very helpful. I would buy here again.

Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.

I answered an ad on CarFax for a 2022 Ford F150. I was promptly put in touch with Justin Post who handled the acquisition from start to finish including my dealing with overseas fund transfer complications. Then, Rick Amador handled the financial paperwork on an expedited basis. All in all, this was a great experience and I might add, a very good deal.

was disappointed Ford no longer making Echo Sport, Escape, Edge, Focus, Fusion. Purchased a Bronco Sport. so far satisfied with the 2024. Disappointed the Liberty Ford at Middleburg Hts. no longer selling new cars although very satisfied with the Brunswick Ford Dealer.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. Nice being able to drive into service bay. Greeted as exited vehicle. All I had to do was hand over the keys. Had a good discussion with parts department about Ford hard top and they even printed me out info. They also tried to help me with new tire decision. Takes about an hour.

I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Things went a little slow surprisingly, but other than that, everyone was nice and inviting.

Always polite, always professional. Bought my F150 from there in 2019 and have never had an issue. Again very professional. Dave Soloman is the best Salesman in the world and their service team are great technicians and speedy also. The late hours are a blessing.
