Best car buying experience EVER! Salesman (Brendan) was very helpful and absolutely no pressure. They were great to negotiate with and agreed on a very fair price for the vehicle. Paperwork with the business manager was quick and easy. This was just a great buying experience and we will definitely go to Fugate Ford again for any future vehicle purchases.

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that Austin, from Mullinax in Olympia, WA is an excellent sales representative. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, answered every single question I had. Showed me all the features in my car so I had a better understanding of how everything worked.. I don’t know if you have cash awards as an incentives, but I would recommend a cash award for Austin. Thank you Austin for all you did to make the purchase of my car a wonderful experience..
