The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

It was also my first time buying a vehicle on my own, so I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and helped me understand the whole process. He made sure I was given the top dollar for my trade-in and made the buying experience super easy.
