Keith took us inside to his desk, offering coffee/water. He took time to get to know our wants and needs....he LISTENED! Two test drives later we bought our 4 Runner. Worked with both MATTS they came to what I wanted for a payment. It was all done without going to dealership and that saved a lot of time.
