We had a great experience and the sales person, Isaac, that helped us was amazing and not pushy at all, which was fantastic. He showed us a whole bunch of options and then gave us time to make a decision on which one would work for us the best. We were able to take it overnight and then bring it back next day, which gave us plenty of time to make the decision on the vehicle that we chose . Pricing on the vehicle even turned out lower than expected as well. We will be back once it’s time for our next vehicle purchase and will definitely ask for Isaac again to help us!

The platinum edition of this truck is all that I could ask for in comfort and ease of use. The 6.7 powerstoke has plenty of power and works great.

They had my car from 11:00 to after 3:00. Just to change the oil & never got to the recall. They did give me an extra discount. Also they failed to reset the oil life .

Came in to look at a lifted F250, Truck was (and still is) amazing. I worked directly with Jeff from the dealership on the sale and it was good to buy a car from an actual person instead of the usual 'car salesman' type. I just wish they sold cars too, but otherwise it was a great experience. Will definitely go back for my next vehicle.

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

The F-350 King Ranch is the most comfortable riding, most powerful & reliable, best towing and handling of any truck on the market. We drove all brands and selected the F-350 hands down. It tows 5th wheels with ease and it's so stable it feels like it is on rails. The interior is beautiful, the ride is smooth and quiet, and the controls are superior.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

I was looking at getting a new vehicle and wanted something big and powerful! I hadn't owned a diesel truck before so I was clueless on what would be a good fit for me. Jeff was so helpful! Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!

I bought this truck used last December and it's a great machine. The one I got has it's own problems, mainly around it's 5.4 triton but other than that its pretty good for a 19 year old truck. If you take care of it and keep up with maintenance than it'll last a while. If your looking to buy one just keep in mind that there will most likely be some rust.

My husband and I were looking for a used Ford F-350 and the dealership had one. The internet salesperson, Stu , was very responsive in answering our questions and assisting us. 2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

If your looking for a diesel in Hampton Roads this is the place. Most dealerships have one maybe two. They have a WHOLE lot full of trucks and there is no way u come out of there without finding one that fits what ur looking for. Both in price and style/model. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Jason and he gave me the run down on all the trucks there in my price range. Looked at a few, took a test drive, and was out the door within an hour as happy as can be. BONUS: my wife discovered there was an issue with the sunroof. Jason made sure it would be fixed (in writing) prior to purchasing. I also got feel that if you go there for a vehicle and find anything wrong they would do the same thing. Runs very good, very strong truck, interior in perfect conditions, body in very good condition. Tires basically new. Very good taken care of. Has never had mechanical problems
