Vehicle was in for a warranty repair. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Service time as good but had to wait a week for the part to arrive. Vehicle is working as it should. I did have to call back the next day for a software update (front collision warning light was illuminated. They took care of in 20 minutes. I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.

Just a standard oil change and tire rotation. However I had some unexpected problems occur that prevented me from making my appointment as scheduled. I’m happy to say that the service dept personnel were so very understanding of my situation and even though they were booked up made room for me that same afternoon. So very pleased to having found a dealership that understands “life happens “ and were committed to taking care of me. I know this is not the case everywhere and am beyond appreciative.

My brother once own a 2008 F-250 it had a 12 inch lift with Big mickey Thompson tires and a Skyjacker brand lift kit it has 4 doors 2 tone paint gray and black and tan interior this 2004 F-350 he just bought in full without getting a loan cost just under $19,000 My brother be having it transported on a step desk trailer pulled by a semi truck coming from Seattle,WA and taking it to Columbus,GA where my brother lives at he wants a 12 inch lift the skyjacker brand with Toyo tires the Big ones and a custom paint job gun metal gray on top and black on bottom and a full interior redone and custom bumper front and rear and have lots of cameras and a TV monitor on dash to see some of the blind spots and be adding a train horn it should arrive at his house next Monday 2/10/25 To transport it cost $2,300

2012 F-350 XLT…this is my third one but 1st diesel and 1st one bought used,that being said,it is without a doubt the best I’ve owned BUT…when it is out of warranty do 1 of 3 things…trade it in on a new one with warranty,look into extended warranty or make sure you know a diesel mechanic or are a mechanic yourself because when something happens to the DEF system or the engine itself,you will literally take a second mortgage out to repair it and I’m not even kidding!! These are the best of the best trucks on the road but after that is when it gets rough.Fords customer service and service department are a joke and it’s what corporate says that goes,not the dealer and they will fight you every step of the way so 5 star truck 1 star for everything else that goes with it

Upon arriving I was greeted by a service person. He was less than personable and seemed like I was bothering him when I approached. I was told to wait and he would be with me in a moment. Another service person came back to their desk and asked if I needed help. She was very friendly and the opposite of the first person. She couldn't have been more helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. I believe her name was Kris? She definitely turned my opinion around after helping me. I would have given a pretty sour review before she stepped in and assisted me. Based on my experience dealing with her this review went from a 2 to a 5.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

Been looking and looking for my first Tesla EV. I spoke to Jake on the phone a few times. But Jake was off on the day I could come out. So, Jake had me meet with Alonzo what a great experience. I was sold a pig-in-a-poke by the dealership. However, this truck is quite the piece of machinery! Two dealerships conspired (whether intentionally or negligently) to sell me this truck. Only when I returned from OK to FL and brought the truck in for an oil change did I learn of the concealed problems in a number of important systems. About the truck, ignoring the problems: The engine is quiet & powerful, the suspension eats rough roads like a hungry hiker eats granola. The load carrying ability is impressive, as is the towing power. The interior is vast and roomy and remarkably quiet even at 70 MPH. Cons: ) It costs ~$100 to fill the tank with Diesel @ $3.219/gallon. ) My Saturn seems tiny, mushy, and low after driving my new bad-boy. I can only give it 4 stars for Value for the Money, because the repairs were quite unexpected. Not as unexpected as being deliberately lied to. And it does cost more the double what it costs to operate the Saturn in normal driving...
