Our was stolen then totalled while working in Seattle. Found Cars dot com and found a perfect new-to-us F-350 for our replacement! Even with the Christmas/New Years holidays we were able to test drive, get insurance monies and purchase the truck in two days.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Purchased out of state, but my salesman Randy always made sure I knew what was going on and exactly when it shipped out. Very easy to talk to him and the staff. Definitely not a typical dealership with only selling as a priority!! Good price too ?

I bought this truck used last December and it's a great machine. The one I got has it's own problems, mainly around it's 5.4 triton but other than that its pretty good for a 19 year old truck. If you take care of it and keep up with maintenance than it'll last a while. If your looking to buy one just keep in mind that there will most likely be some rust.

My brother once own a 2008 F-250 it had a 12 inch lift with Big mickey Thompson tires and a Skyjacker brand lift kit it has 4 doors 2 tone paint gray and black and tan interior this 2004 F-350 he just bought in full without getting a loan cost just under $19,000 My brother be having it transported on a step desk trailer pulled by a semi truck coming from Seattle,WA and taking it to Columbus,GA where my brother lives at he wants a 12 inch lift the skyjacker brand with Toyo tires the Big ones and a custom paint job gun metal gray on top and black on bottom and a full interior redone and custom bumper front and rear and have lots of cameras and a TV monitor on dash to see some of the blind spots and be adding a train horn it should arrive at his house next Monday 2/10/25 To transport it cost $2,300

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I love my f350 lariat, 83,000 miles so far and truck has been great. Only thing that broke was passenger side windshield wiper. Truck has been a solid purchase

Although I did not ultimately make a purchase the team at Platinum went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth as possible. Will definitely be looking to buy from them in the future.

Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate.
