I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.

I normally feel uncomfortable whenever I enter a car dealership; many bad experiences have led me to that point. I can say with all honesty that this time was extremely different. I met with Carlos Torres, the gentleman extraordinaire, extremely patient, honest, and very transparent; something to cherish very much in a person. I also appreciate Steve for greeting me in the parking lot, showing me a round, and ensuring I was always comfortable throughout the process; a wonderful and extremely valuable team member!! Several staff members greeted me during my visit and offered their service for anything I needed from water, tea, to moments of their great sense of humor. Other places usually spend their time trying to assume my financial status and treat or ignore me according to their assessment; NOT HERE!! Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

Marcio was friendly knowledgeable 100% happy with his performance! He did repair and fix my car Chevrolet Blazer Rs 2021 A/C compressor and fuel module in no time ! Note: The only thing the Lou Bachrodt dealer after service the can do a completely Car Wash/ Vacuum it will be great ! So the costumer want to come back for the next service needs.

I am extremely happy with my Ford F350 7.3L STX truck with 3.73 rear end. It is exactly what I wanted in an everyday farm/work truck, that can pull 15K up a washed out 13% grade road with ease, using the same heavy duty 10-speed transmission that is used on the diesel version. It is clear that Ford has been listening to its commercial customers taking the gasoline towing and hauling to a new level, not only is it powerful, but it handles great, and it is so much fun to drive. I purchased the truck in March, the only problem is the camera overlooking goose neck hitch had to be replaced.

Love our f350, love the power stroke diesel, it has a lot of power, it is quiet and it gets pretty good fuel mileage. Still not sure about the aluminum body but time will tell how it holds up.

While the initial reason for my visit was trying due to seizing a motor in such a new vehicle the service staff was incredible. My service advisor Kelvyn was a standout and exceptional. He kept me apprised every step of the way and due to my unique situation he was instrumental getting me back on the road. As a business owner myself, I'd love a few more Kelvyn's on my staff!!

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.
