My experience at Mazda Mall of GA was great. Robert, DJ, and Tyler were awesome to work with. I started my car search with DJ who came in on his off day to help me find a car and was super nice even when it took me a while to decide. He’s very hard working and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service. After a few months of looking elsewhere I eventually ended up returning to Mazda Mall of GA where I then worked with Robert. His upfront-ness and humor made the process very pleasant. He went above and beyond to get me a good deal and was very helpful throughout the purchase and after. I would definitely recommend him also. Once I settled on a car, I got the pleasure of working with Tyler who was super nice and joy to work with. He made the paperwork, that would normally be exhausting, quite enjoyable. My experience was so pleasant that my grandmother decided to buy a car from here as well. She also worked with Robert and he was just as helpful to her. Then she worked with Michael who was very kind and genuine. Over all, 10/10 would most definitely recommend.

Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! From the sales department to service it has been nothing short of amazing. I am not easily impressed but everyone I ever encounter at this dealership handles me with care and respect. Entering a dealership as a single woman could be intimidating but not here! Terrance and management went above and beyond to make sure I leave happy every time. I pay attention to how others are treated and I will say I haven’t seen anyone actually upset even in the service department. The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. I just bought an F350 diesel 8 foot bed crew cab limited edition. The only thing I can say is wow what a nice machine. I just finished a 1600 mile trip towing a vehicle behind us and got 17.4 miles per gallon on the diesel, it is an awesome machine and I would highly recommend it. The power
