I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. Needed to get my A/C fixed and front end wobble as well. They were expedient and thorough.

I went into the dealership with a certain used vehicle in mind and did not have to haggle at all! Brenda was excellent! She did not try to steer me in a different direction, she actually listened to me. I received a good deal at a fair price. Even the financing department did not push me too much to purchase something that I didn't need.

I live in Arlington so I had sent an email first to see if the Badlands bronco was still available. Jimmy contacted me back right away and even sent me a video of the vehicle.
