Because they are the best Honda dealership. There have the service department and they are always very professional and courteous and put the needs of the there customers first. My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. After I made the decision to purchase it took less than an half hour to fill out the paperwork and driving off the car lot with no extra fees. I would recommend Ultimate Motor Cars and ask for Sal. P.S. I had an opportunity to walk through the shop and talked with the mechanics. These guys all seem knowledgeable and love working cars.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I contacted the dealership online on a SUNDAY (when they're closed) and Mia emailed me that same day. I went in that Monday, did a test drive with TIM (awesome guy) and left with my purchase. I did a trade-in, but forgot a few personals left in my old car. Contacted them once again, Mia said to come get the things I had left behind, so I went in and MAVERICK (another awesome guy) had took care of me as far as that. Real genuine people and I am very pleased with my Toyota Highlander.

He did not rush us or push us to buy and allowed us to come to a decision that was best for our family. We chose a used car at a fair price. We have been very happy with it. 2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

She helped coordinate everything with the sales team perfectly! They sent videos of the car I liked. They were very friendly when I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic. Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

I bought the car in 2020 now , I've replaced the water pump, alternator, purge valve and normal maintenance, the car gets up to speed on the highway pretty good , is pretty quite , handles good for a economy car, I got a 5 speed manual with all the bells and whistles, I would say it's not bad for the price I paid for it , I guess the automatics are a nightmare to own. If you drive in the snow get snow tires, other than that I hope to hit 200 k with this car

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

This car is exactly what i needed when i limped my old ponitac into the dealer. Unlike my previous car this one is great on gas. It handles smoothly in my opinion. THe only downside i can think of is the trunk is small. even with the seats down in the sedan like i got.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

The only thing I would say in gear 1 get vibration sudder like going up a hill ask the Mechanic to check it he says it’s like a vibration sudder not sure if this is what there meant to be like he said it’s fine apart from that no problem apart from need to sort the clutch

My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy. I love this car, the only exception is the transmission. The clutches jerk hard, only once in a while. It mainly jerks when someone besides me drives and only occasionally with me. Overall, I love this car!

I bought my 2017 Ford Focus SE 1.0L Manual New and only had minor issues with it it that was covered under warranty. only issues I had was the PVC needed to be replaced and the CV Axle seals. The Focus rode great, I ended up getting 45+ miles per gallons using 93 octane fuel and a pedal enhancer, made a world of a difference. She was a peppy little car. I loved the Black interior, the seat were fairly comfortable. I ended up trading it for a small SUV for more room because my son was growing so fast and needed more leg room for him. I regretted getting rid of it and just should have kept for my commute to work.

I was never contacted about the TCM Module Re-Call But was about the Door Latches it saddened to know that Ford isn't standing Behind Their Productivity in this simi- Luxury Sports Vehicle it is a Great Vehicle to have is Great on Gas and is excellent in the city and on the Highway I Believe it Could Be Even Greater With The Quad Exhaust Turbine Engine with Shock Absorbsion with all the Bell's and Whistles to Boot

Was lucky enough to buy a used one with a religious service record and the DCT issues repaired and it's fantastic. Great gas mileage, roomy up front, nice features, stellar looking exterior, handles like a dream and sticks to the road. Did have the common EVAP purge issue a week after having it, but that was a cheap fix.

I've had this car for a while and not once have I had any issues. the transition problem is a known thing for the automatic version, but I drive the manual Ford Focus and I definitely recommend it

Ford Focus was born to be hatchback and manual transmission. I had two in Brazil and this one in US, bought from the first owner and now with 192K miles. No big issues, just normal wear. Stay away from automatics, SAVE THE MANUALS!!!!!
