We had a wonderful salesman Brian Crosby. He helped in every way possible. I would recommend this place to everyone. Even after purchasing the sonata he has text and made sure we are satisfied with the car or if we had any questions. Never had a car dealer do this it's amazing.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first new car, and it’s all because of an amazing team of people who go out of their way to get you everything you want in a car at the best deal. The unusual part is they make everything as fun, exciting and convenient as possible for the consumer, not themselves. Having not so perfect credit is always an issue when it comes to being able to get what u WANT instead of what u can qualify for. Not at Farris! They made sure I got every option I WANTED. My son was sick and we couldn’t make it to the lot to sign some papers so Jamie, the finance manager, came to us very close to our home just to help us. Matt worked on the loan all day until we settled on a great price for exactly what I wanted. Randall was great explaining every part of the financing. Last but certainly not least in any way, Brian! He was great! He was with me from waiting for me on the sidewalk when I pulled up on the lot, treating my whole family like his own making fresh coffee for my mom, getting drinks for my dad and showing my 3 year old son where the toys were so they would all be comfortable. He stayed with me during my test drive all the while pointing out all the options and conveniences that were a part of my new car. Even after the purchase, he sat with me and went over everything to make sure I didn’t miss any of the bells and whistles. Brian was really great! Everyone there treated us just like family. It was a wonderful experience. And the icing on the cake is when my 3 year old son got the privilege of hitting the gong to announce the purchase of our new car! He LOVED it!!
Went to Morristown Ford to look for a new Ford F150 truck. We have bought many vehicles of various makes and models., but this dealership was the best of any we have ever dealt with when trying to buy a vehicle. Dina our salesperson was very helpful and friendly. We were trading a vehicle and Sam gave us the exact amount our trade in was worth which has never happened to us. We bought the truck, and our overall experience with Morristown Ford was excellent. Very satisfied.

I noticed a SUV on their website. I went down on a Mon morning to check it out & was apprehensive since this was my first Chevrolet purchase. Bobbi Blackburn took me out for a drive & put me at ease. I had other appointments that day so I left her my info & all the work everyone dreads at a car lot was done by that evening and papers ready to sign. Zack Cody helped me get a new car. He’s pretty much the second coming of the messiah and is gonna take over the car selling industry one day. Customer service is second to none. Zack could sell ice to an Eskimo and that’s no lie. He’s a great guy and will listen before he speaks.

I learned several years ago that WHERE you buy a car is just as important as the car you buy. I have purchased my last three vehicles from Andrew and his team at Parkway, and I have no plans to shop anywhere else. They have a very nice selection of vehicles, and it seems like they get something new every week.
