As a first time financer, We went in thinking they were going to try to screw us BUT, that was not the case at all. Although we didnt want to dealer financing, it worked out in the end. We got an amazing car that was only a year old and for a ridiculously great price!! Darren, our guide was super helpful and not pushy at all!! We told him exactly what we came for and we were in and out in 2 hrs!! It was great and i got to drive my car home that day. I'm glad we went when we did because they had just lowered the price on the car and not even 20 mins after we signed, a young lady came in wanting the same car!! I cant say enough great things. My experience with BB JEEP was overall a success. From the time I met Russ in the Parking lot to signing papers with Sheli. It was smooth and stress-free. Russ asked all the right questions, guided me to the right vehicles, and listened to my budget requirement. I never felt pressured and I felt comfortable with him the entire time. I felt he was sincere and trust-worthy. He wasn’t your typical car saleamen trying to close a deal and superficial. I bought my first vehicle the Grand Cherokee from Jeff and hands down have nothing but the highest accords for him and Bluebonnet Jeep. He was incredibly knowledgeable and laid back; just what a young woman needed.
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

As, I told you yesterday, your service is the best I have ever received from any dealership and I have dealt with Mercedes, Audi and Cadillac. I have had my car serviced at this location since 2011. I've always had a good experience. Although I've never bought a car at this Maxwell Ford, I would recommend the service department. I especially like that they have female service advisors.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
