I have already recommended you to a friend of mine. I have been to dozens of car dealerships and you are one of two that I didn't get the high pressure and the "No you want this auto, not that" at a higher price than I had in mind type scenario. You all worked with me and that was cool.
We bought an older vehicle that had substantial issues in the first year. Since Majeski had a great reputation until then, I brought the issue to the Sterling store management and then to Greg, who was surprisingly concerned and sympathetic for a large business owner. I won't put him on the spot with specifics. I will say he made a correction for us, apparently just because he wanted to, as he didn't have any legal obligation to do so. I was ready to write them off because their claim of quality vehicles seemed to overpromise. In the end, our experience is that Majeski has good customer service and good vehicles and even when a dud slips through the system, they aren't just going to leave you hanging. To me, THIS is why you pay retail price instead of buying from a stranger off the internet.
Dan Vereide was really great in helping me purchase my car. January 19th 2018 he was very professional, patient and honest. Stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of. He worked really hard to make sure it was the vehicle I wanted,i highly recommend him! A very well understanding salesman and did not push me to buy.I will recommend him to many family friends my husband was also impressed by his honesty and patience great to have car dealers still around who do not try to swindle you. awesome job!!!
Five stars across the board for Majeski Motors. We booked a one way flight to a vehicle we had just viewed pictures of on-line and the car was in prestine condition and was just as decribed, if not better. We were extremely happy with the service Greg and Dan provided. They spent countless hours with us over the phone throughout the process. They went above and beyond. Worth the trip and would recommend them to anyone!
I was super impressed with Dan Danreiter and the Majeski motors at how easy the whole process was of walking in and getting a new car and transferring everything over from the old car. Everything went very smoothly.

The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
We would recommend Prescott Brothers Ford dealership! We would buy from them again. We also have had our truck repaired by them and was treated very good. Talked to two salesmen, Rob and Jason. Both seem like hard working guys that want to help match you to the right vehicle.
After looking at cars for about 6 months, I stopped in to Prescott just to drive a Fusion, as it was my last car in the list of "comparison cars." Jason was extremely helpful and didn't pressure me at all throughout the day. He also knew I had been previously talking to Jesse, and didn't mind at all that I was asking for his help while Jesse was on vacation.
Jason and Jesse did a great job helping me throughout the experience. After purchasing my car they did everything to make sure I was happy with my purchase, even calling someone in to detail it 2 weeks after my purchase! My family shops at Prescott, and they've won me over, too!

Very good experience. It's a used car dealership, so obviously you need to be prepared for everything that comes with buying a used car. But as far so doing so goes, it was pleasant. No pressure, honest, accommodating, and willing to negotiate. No underhanded tricks, reasonable starting prices, and a decent selection of vehicles. If you're looking to buy a car, this is a good place to check out. It's a small town dealership that's been around for a good while, and I haven't heard or experienced anything bad about them.
First time buying a car, shopping for my second car and was very nervous. There was no need however, as everything about my experience was fantastic. The salesman was polite, professional and friendly, same with the manager and district manager. Very down to Earth people that happened to know quite a few of the same people that I went to school with. The test drive was painless and smooth as was the paperwork and and loan process. They walked me through everything, explaining every detail and answering every question I had. Very satisfied with my time shopping.
Jose Malanardo and Tony Milus were helpful, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. If you hate the mind games, insulting trade-in offers and long hours in the dealership...go to Mendota Ford! I drove an hour to get there from Plainfield and it was WORTH it!!
