Overall the experience was very good. The only problem was that the vehicle preparation team was behind and it took longer than expected for the vehicle to be available after signing all of the necessary paperwork with the finance manager.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Carmen was quite helpful and personable while she processed paperwork. I will return in the future

My last one was at 262000 miles and still going strong until I totaled it. Drove it on long trips all over. I loved the AWD. Wish I had another one.

Owend 10 years bought with 29,000 miles only broke one time was a fuel sensor. All recalls fixed with no issues from dealer.now has 86,000 miles.would buy again.

I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.

Had this car for almost ten years with only one repair. I had a purge valve die and it cost me under $300 to fix. I have a Titanium edition and everything still works and runs great. This has been one of the most trouble free cars I have had. In the past I have gotten rid of cars sooner but this one has been great so I kept it. It gets oil changes about every 4000 miles and has never burnt a lick of oil. Going to give it to my son when I'm done with it.

I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.

It’s a great car! I’ll give it that, very fast and sporty look has a great stance. One problem I have with it is the transmission, it lags during the shift to 3rd gear. One thing I like is as soon as you put your feet on the accelerator, it immediately goes which sometimes catches me off guard. Exterior styling is one of the favorites especially the sporty grille! Climate Stack is a little cumbersome to get used to especially when having to use the screen to change the airflow. I find the seats to be ok except the front passenger seat, the seat is way too low and can’t be adjusted either as well as the lumbar being too far front which makes you sit in a awkward position. but overall it’s a great comfy car for a first time buyer! don’t be afraid to get this car either, if normal climate controls and little lag transmission doesn’t seem to bother you, i’d say go for it, it’s a great car to own!

Bought mine back in 2021, equipped with the 4 cylinder and a manual transmission, with 142k miles on it. It was in some sort of accident that roughed up the front corner, so i won't mention issues related to that. Sitting at 182k miles now with no signs of stopping. Over the course of 2.5 years, in the front i replaced 2 lower control arms, one upper arm, one axle, clutch assembly, valve-cover gasket, new rear rotors, and one rear caliper. Check-engine light on due to a code about the catalytic. But if you hop in and drive it now, it's in amazing shape. From the cruise control, radio, moonroof, powered seat, A/C, heat, window controls, everything. Rust isn't that bad despite being mostly a northern car based on VIN records online. Engine and manual transmission still running great, it has never left me stuck on the side of the road throughout my 40k miles with it, driving daily. Bought it for $3700, and despite it being the 2nd daily car i've ever owned, i can't recommend it enough. If you're getting one at a higher mileage like this, i highly recommend it. Yours may need an new part once or twice a year, but other than that it's reliable as hell if you give it occasional t.l.c. Predicting mine will go past 200k miles before i'm done with her.

He puts his customers first making sure they’re educated about the vehicle they purchase without all the high pressure tactics you’ve come to expect from the industry. Besides treating you like royalty, Talley also makes sure that you’re receiving the best deal possible without throwing in needless add-ins at the end to bloat the price and confuse you. To tell you how much Tally cares about the customer experience, while I was waiting for my new ‘24 Outlander PHEV to be prepped for purchase, he bought me dinner and personally delivered it to the dealership. I’ve never had a car salesman do that. Heck, my wife wouldn’t even do that. This isn’t something he did to persuade me to purchase the car since I had already signed the papers. He did this out of the goodness of his heart and to create a customer for life. During my original test drive, he went out and purchased a Starbucks beverage of my choosing. I’ve never received this level of appreciation from my former salesman at the Acura or Lincoln dealership. And those are considered “luxury” brands where the dealership experience is supposed to be at a higher level. Neither beat the Waterford Mitsubishi experience. Even after I signed on the dotted the line, the royal treatment continued by both the finance and sales manager. Each of them made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that any issues I had with my new Mitsubishi, were remedied to my satisfaction. Folks, I’ve been to many auto dealerships throughout the years. Simply put, this was the best auto dealership I’ve ever been to. If you’re in the market for a new Mitsubishi or a used vehicle, take a trip out to beautiful Waterford, Michigan and experience this gem of a dealership. No matter how far you live from the dealership, it’s worth the trip to experience an A++++ auto buying experience. Be sure to ask for “York.” And tell him Brett sent you. P.S. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV is a fantastic vehicle. I recommend the SUV as much as I do the dealership.

I've had my 2016 Fusion SE for over a year now. 2.0L with 163k. I love the Fusion's exterior design. Sleek and agile. Mine appears to be custom with a heated steering wheel and seats, dual exhaust, and a few other things that aren't standard on the SE trim. I've replaced a few sensors (purge, turbo boost, and waste gate) and the headlights over the last year. I am soooooo bummed the Fusion was discontinued.

Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

I’ve put 170,000 miles on mine now. Zero major break downs. I change the oil every 5k. The only problem I had was the AC stopped blowing as cold. I learned that it was a sensor. They had to take apart the dash to get to it and it ended up costing just over about 1500. It wasn’t necessary but I wanted my cold AC.

Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. I purchased my Fusion SE new. I was the first SE Fusion with the Midnight Blue color that was only offered for the Hybird models that year. I waited for mine to be made to my specs. Comfort wise my 2013 Fusion SE rates 3rd in my lifetime of cars owned, only surpassed by my Ford Conversion Van and Ford Flex SE. I've found my Fusion to be superior to all cars in it's class including Nissans, Toyotas on performance, handling and comfort. My 2013 Fusion SE is an outdoor car (no garage or protection from sun etc.) On it's 9th year with a paint job that's equal to a newly purchased vehicle! Highway mileage with the 6 speed automatic transmission has reached 50mpg and City mileage as high as 26mpg. It shifts positively and is so beautifully balanced it can out coast all vehicles. Minor repairs only, and a few recall upgrades. Truly the most impressive and durable vehicle in it's class to date! I will keep my 2013 Ford Fusion SE as long as I can.

This summer I had a hard time finding the car I'd been looking for, they seemed to get sold right out from under me. Finally my finance agent found one for me, but it was 3 hours from where I lived, and during a heat wave. As a disabled person, trips in the heat like that when you have to rent a car and uber around are, well... not the best. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Donnie. Within hours I had HD pics of the vehicle and even videos he made so I could see the car more completely. They were very thorough with me, and most important to me: no bullsh*t. No pushy sales or trying to work the price. They accepted my budget for what I had, and what I could do monthly, and kept it within that. They offered a very good (actually feasible) extended warranty plan showing me all levels and what it actually covered so I could decide on my own. When all was said and done I felt comfortable buying the car and they offered delivery for a decent price. After receiving the car, what few (minor) issues I found, they very fairly helped me to resolve them. In my 53 years, this was the best car buying experience I've had. They were very considerate, honest and dependable and I was grateful for the quality of service they provided, it's a rarity. Highly recommend you shop with these folks if you can.

I bought this car in 2019 with 86,000 miles. Now I am around 140,000 miles and it has been very reliable. For the majority of the time I have owned it I have had the check engine light on for catalytic converter and its stayed on even after replacing but its just a threshold code. Minimal maintenance has happened and it still rides smooth. Drivers side window has come off the track several times which even then that is the most annoyance I have had and that is saying a lot for a vehicle. Highway cruising it says I get around 34/35mpg and when I am city/slower highways its around 25 overall. This is the only car I've owned and will hate when I have to get rid of it. Vehicle does have recalls but I have not noticed anything wrong. Very happy with owning this vehicle overall. I do know if you get the SE or higher models with more electronics and newer you will of course find some more issues.
