I've had two Fusions, a 2016 Eco Boost and a 2019 SE Hybrid and they were both really great cars. The only reason I don't have one now is because I need an SUV since I'm an avid skiier. I hated selling the second and hope to have one again. They were both SO reliable and I didn't have to fix a thing on either of them during the lease duration. They're solid and have a 5-star safety rating. I literally felt safer in my Fusions than I do in my Nissan Rogue. The Rogue doesn't have the solid frame the Fusion does. I absolutely recommend.

My 2016 Fusion SE Has Been Great..My only complaint is I wish the 2.5 engine had a little more power & better gas mileage..I get 22 city & 26 highway which I guess isn't terrible since the car is heavy. The ride is smooth & quiet and the layout of the dash & rest of interior very good.

I'm a Ford person. You cant get the Ford out of me. I have always liked their style and features. And the price of my Fusion was a plus. I have always owned a Ford vehicle and they always step it up to keep my interest intrigued. All of the Ford vehicles I've owned were comfortable, sturdy, great power (motor wise) and fancy for me.

Service is great, staff are friendly and they are very understanding of you wants and time. I was in and out with in 2 hours with my new f150 pick up.

My last one was at 262000 miles and still going strong until I totaled it. Drove it on long trips all over. I loved the AWD. Wish I had another one.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a Ford to come here. Our salesman Mathew McCormick was probably the best carsalesman I've dealt with, trust me I hate going to dealerships. Him and Rich got me into a new truck, while giving me a deal on my trade when the engine was about to go. The place was very clean inside and all the trucks, at least the ones i test drove, were the same. Highly highly recommended this place. Especially the new car sales, because thats who i dealt with.

I really enjoy my fusion, For a small car it has a pretty good size trunk, I have 2 car seats & still have room for someone to sit in the middle, the safety features are nice, but I like that I can turn off the features I don’t want. Great gas mileage & smooth ride.

I love that she was able to the vehicle i wanted and all the features i wanted included in less than 5 days of me coming to see her. We purchased our fusion in2016 ANF the car has been a delight to own. We now have 129000 miles on our care without any major problems but recently we have had some issues. The dashboard lights up with almost all the warning lights coming on. It does this without reason and goes off after 5 or ten minutes. It may come back on at any time. I have taken it to the ford dealership in my town and they ran checks on the vehicle and could find no problems. Could someone please tell me what could be wrong with this vehicle ?

My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.

I love the Ford Fusion Titanium. Great car. Fusion are are excellent on gas mileage. Recommend it highly!!! This message is to Ford Company you need to continue to make Fusion sedan car!!!!! There are a lot of people who do not want a suv or truck!! Also put in CD players to other cars there are a lot of people who have CDs and want to play them in the cars!!

It’s a great car! I’ll give it that, very fast and sporty look has a great stance. One problem I have with it is the transmission, it lags during the shift to 3rd gear. One thing I like is as soon as you put your feet on the accelerator, it immediately goes which sometimes catches me off guard. Exterior styling is one of the favorites especially the sporty grille! Climate Stack is a little cumbersome to get used to especially when having to use the screen to change the airflow. I find the seats to be ok except the front passenger seat, the seat is way too low and can’t be adjusted either as well as the lumbar being too far front which makes you sit in a awkward position. but overall it’s a great comfy car for a first time buyer! don’t be afraid to get this car either, if normal climate controls and little lag transmission doesn’t seem to bother you, i’d say go for it, it’s a great car to own!

Bought this car new spring 2014 from a lousy dealer but have been very happy with the car. it is the AWD titanium 4 cyl. It now has 136,000 miles on it. It was driven 60 mile daily commute in North East PA year round for 6 years and never left anyone stranded or been stuck going over the mountain to work in the snow (used dedicated snows) . I have done essentially zero repairs. standard maintenace = fluids, bulbs,tires, and pads. 136,000 and the rotors have not even had to be changed. everything still works as new. Only problem I had was a sensor forget which one on the emission control system while still in extended emission control warranty period. . Should have been covered by ford but the dealer was lousy so I did it myself and they will never see another nickel of my money. This has without a doubt been the most trouble free car I have ever owned going back to my first 1970 barracuda. I have had mostly domestic vehicles and a lot of them with four drivers in the household for many years and then just in general having extra cars. If I had to complain the worst I could do is the headlight bulbs are not too easy to change. I am almost wish I would have bought a newer one before they stopped making them.

Excellent with our two Ford’s with only 70,000 and. 16 years young . Looking to probably buy new next year Love the Edge St . Love their rental car 🚗 policy since parts sometimes take time to get. New location for Dealership very nice.

Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

Laurie is so outgoing and personable she treats every customer as if they are her only customer of the day, making your buying/leasing process seem less. She will help you pick out and get exactly what you want and if she doesn’t have it she will find it. You can’t go wrong. Had Oil Change and Tire Rotation. All work performed in a timely manner

Went here on a tight budget looking for a reliable used car and was not disappointed. Found a car on this site and went in to look at it. Got there and they were doing an oil change and some other maintenance on it before selling it which more than most dealerships. It was up on the hoist and they let me come in and take a look, got to see the underbody and everything rather than laying on the ground. They called me when it was ready for a test drive and made sure I still had first dibs. Heat wasn't working just yet but they were working on it. Decided I wanted it as long as the heat was working and Gordy "Big G" gave me his word it would be. They gave me a car to drive while worked on it. I highly recommend them.

I bought mine new in 2008 when it came out. Both takata air bags had to be replaced and the brake fluid which took 13 years for ford. Otherwise drivers door handle broke, $250. No other problems. 39,000 miles on it. drives like new. 22mpg in town. Is a mazda 6 in disquise. Love it but won't buy ford again beause they don't care about fixing defects. If you buy one the front airbags and brake fluid should have been replaced under recall (ie lawyers). Very comfortable to drive long distances. 4 cyl I4 engine has plenty of power for me. I don't gun it and get great mileage. No hardware or interior wear apparent. Great paint (kept in garage). Ok going on ice but not exceptional. Brakes unbelievably well on ice and dry pavement. Only basic maintenance so far, LOW MILEAGE car.
