My recent purchase of a 2013 Honda Odyssey, as a birthday gift for my wife, and the purchase process was full of surprises or more appropriately a surprising lack of surprises. Like many who will read this I have purchased many vehicles overs the years and have had my fill of hidden flaws, blemishes and, undisclosed mechanical issues while shopping far a new car not to mention some of the unsavory sales tactics one must endure in what can be called "the car buying circus". My recent purchase from RiverTown Honda was quite surprising by the simple lack of surprises. After researching on several websites we were able to find the model we wanted and at cars.com I was able to locate the exact vehicle that would meet out needs with the options and history we were looking for. After a few emails, I spoke with them over the phone and worked out the numbers from a distance as I live over 100 miles from their location. I made the 2 hour drive and I arrived at RiverTown Honda earlier than the agreed upon time and even though, it was a busy Saturday morning in their service department I was greeted promptly and courteously and directed to Tony Grahl whom I had spoken with earlier in the week. That's when the surprises started. The vehicle I was there for was still in the detail bay but, we went to see it and give it a once over visual inspection, it passed, surprisingly everything was exactly as advertised with no blemishes or unseen door dings or anything I was not expecting. Once the detail was complete I was given the keys for a test drive and a brief explanation of the best route to take and I was off. I wasn't test driving a some new sportscar or exotic so, in reality, it wasn't a rush of excitement or adrenaline but, it drove out nicely, all of the features and optional equipment worked as designed and I was again surprised that there were no issues to be found. Then it came to the paperwork in the business office and again, they were surprisingly, straight forward and offered none of the typical car dealer add on pressure and shenanigans which are all to common when you are purchasing a vehicle. After all was said and done and I was driving my wife's new Odyssey home I found my self thinking "wow, no drama, no issues and surprisingly no surprises or stress" I can and will highly recommend RiverTown Honda and their entire crew, especially, Tony Grahl. I bought the car used, but I have had nothing but problems with even after I had a reputable mechanic check it out and go over it for 2 days. It ran fine for a week and then the check engine light came on and to this day it comes off and on.
Have two Honda vehicles, RiverTown Honda is the only place we take them for service. Most of the service done is oil changes and mileage checkups (these vehicles are well built). I want to specifically mention Dwain Scheller...this gentleman is THE BEST. I would recommend RiverTown Honda's Service Department to anyone!

I just bought my first Fusion. I've only been owned Fords, they have always been extremely reliable cars. I hope my Fusions stands up to the test of time. So far, everything has been great.

I was rear ended and my mustang was totaled, so I needed a new car for close to what the insurance company was paying. I looked around and found my Ford Fusion. It has 240 hp turbo, so it's not too bad when you need to get up and go, it's VERY comfortable, room for 4 adults comfortably and a smaller adult. I believe I got a good deal - it had 27K miles on it and not a blemish inside or out. It gets 28 mpg. My only complaint is that I couldn't find it in red. I have the silver one, and I have now noticed you can't throw a rock without hitting another one. I've tried to get into the wrong car at least twice in my parking garage. Other than the generic qualities of the shape/color, I was able to get a car 5 years newer with 120,000 fewer miles for just a few thousand dollars! So, I'll probably drive it into retirement!
Easy to navigate facility; friendly honest people. Fair pricing, I didn’t feel overcharged. Quick auto repair service. Very clean waiting area with enough seating.
Your service folks were fine, but I am disappointed with Ford Motor Company with not dealing with my 2012 Ford Focus with known issues with the transmission/clutch operation history. I paid over $100 recently to get diagnosed with issue that was already known from previous dealer visits, and remedy was now quoted at over $1000 to fix. Runs the same as when I bought (rough shifting always, from day one as known issue with this model), and explained to anther Ford Dealer previously, but now is not eligible for extended warranty fix. Dealer would not fix under warranty earlier, before mileage limit exceeded.

Love my new Fusion! So many new upgrades from my old one. More comfortable, smoother ride. Love the leather interior. Like the features, such as built in GPS and all of the safety features. Beautiful inside & out.
I had a recall for my 2008 Ford Edge. I called closer dealers but got voice mails. I have a good friend that works for Fox Ford so I decided to call them. Picked up the phone right away. Everyone from phone call to face-to-face were friendly and got the work done when they said they would. And I didn't have to call them to see how the work was going, they called me FIRST!! (That's very rare).
My only complaint: parking. It really is a cluster and one would be tempted to judge the book by the cover. Don't.
Good people. Good service.
My mechanic took the time to look at an imperfection on the rim of my 2016 Mazda 6 GT. After explaining that what he saw was not normal and possibly a manufacturing issue, he took pictures and got me an order of 4 new rims ( that way the paint matches ). This was an unexpected surprise, but I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

So much bigger than my Honda Civic was. Especially in the trunk. And the dash feels like I’m driving a spaceship. Doesn’t get as good mileage. But I really love this cat.

All the features of a luxury car at a mid-size car price. Great ride, interior comfort, huge trunk, sporty styling, luxury options, all at a great price.
They did not make me wait. I had just been in 9 days before for oil change/tire rotation. The tire light was in and they forgot to advance mileage on window sticker reminding me when to come cal in. He understood they missed it and put me to the head of the line without me asking. Thank you!

This car is a great family car. It has 3 USB ports, navigation, heated leather seats and a turbo. This is my secon fusion. Love them. Selling to get a truck.
Car was disabled and needed tow. Arrived at F.F. after hours. Problems were diagnosed as soon as space became available, which was very quick. S. Advisor called me w/ diagnosis and estimate. Repairs were authorized and performed quickly and very satisfactorily.
It is wife's car, and she was extremely pleased with the service advisor and the promptness of the repairs. Fully expecting a delay of several days, we were pleased with the prompt attention paid to the car. Of course, this has a lot to do with whomever does the scheduling for the technicians, and we appreciate his efforts.
The service advisor was absolutely great! We were kept well informed of any issues and the progress of the situation. We were extremely pleased!

Absolutely love this car. Especially all the bells and whistles on it, such as heated / Cooling seats, heated steering wheel which by the way comes in handy in the cold weather in Fort Mill / Charlotte NC where I work. As well as window defroster for the windows and too many more to name.
The 2018 is a fantastic car for the price. I am a big guy and have no problems getting in and out. There is also lots of leg room.
Performance of the all wheel drive and 2.0 turbo is outstanding.
I have been a Ford owner my whole life, I came from a "Ford" family. My vehicle stalled out on me and I luckily chose the Keller ford dealership on Alpine. I use my vehicle for work and am very dependent on it to make a living. I am a Respiratory Therapist that does home health care and I have many patients that need help so its critical for me to make it to their homes. I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at with Tracey Thompson. This young lady treated me with the most respect and professionalism that I have rarely seen. I just had a tune up done somewhere else and showed her the receipt on the work that I paid for. My prior tune up was only 10,000 miles ago and the prior mechanic didnt change my spark plugs or coil packs that I paid for and didnt even tighten the spark plugs that he did replace. Tracey brought this to my attention and I was able to have a fantastic running vehicle again. She called me and followed up on the appointment that I had made showed me honesty with an, "I care attitude" that is hard to find. I havnt been treated with so much courtesy and respect from a repair service before. I just wanted to personally thank Tracey Thompson and Keller Ford for the honesty and dedication to service that was givin. Ill never take my vehicle anywhere else because of this young lady. I hope this review reaches others so they know they can count on this dealerships integrity. Thanks again Tracey for your hard work, its really appreciated by me and the families that I count on me to help there loved ones.

I have a Fusion Sport (Twin-Turbo V6 with 325 HP and 380 LB/Ft or torque). The car also has a computer controlled suspension, heavy-duty transmission, 19" wheels, high performance tires, all-wheel drive, and a bunch of other stuff. The cars luxurious and quiet except when you want it to show you its "stuff". Then it's a monster. I have had no issues with the car in 2 years of ownership.
I have a 39 month lease. Driving a 2017 Malibu. Service at least twice a year. Prompt and professional service.

As my overall satisfaction remains, I have to disagree with the recommendation by serviceman Cody, that my air filter needed changing. As the Ford Service Center did not carry the type of filter I needed, I stopped at NAPA right next door to buy one and I'd change it myself. When I got home I removed the old one. Now, I do not profess to be a trained mechanic with a trained eye to recognize a dirty air filter. But I was expecting to find a dirty old caked up filter that was probably original factory installed. But the "old" filter looked like it was just installed a month ago. I replaced it anyway. I intend on taking the old filter and getting a second opinion on it's dirtiness. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Ford for servicing. Thanks. Dan Niedzwiecki

My situation was a bit unique as I'm a 100% disabled veteran that stopped working 9 months ago. Needless to say, my credit was decimated while I was waiting for the VA and Social Security to begin disability payments. I was very skeptical that I would be able to get financed for anything. I really needed a different vehicle as my van was about to die. I started my vehicle search through USAA car buying service who recommended Harold Ziegler Lowell. Steve Gilbert was the sales associate who contacted me from the dealership. I had already looked through their inventory online and had a truck picked out that I wanted to test drive. Long story short, I fell in love with the truck but was still very skeptical about financing. Jason from their Finance department and Steve both worked some serious magic and were able to find me and my wife a lender who would work with us despite our negative credit. We even got a very reasonable interest rate! The whole buying process took about a week as finding a lender took a bit, but through out the whole process, Steve and Jason kept us in the loop and informed. I couldn't ask for better service and quality of customer care. I made an hour drive to work with these guys and it was totally worth it. No pressure, 100% up front and honest, high integrity, and overall awesome are only a few ways to describe HZ Lowell. There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to adequately describe how awesome this dealership and their staff are! I will definitely be buying another vehicle from Steve Gilbert again in the future. I recommend anyone reading this to please give them a call! You won't be disappointed!
