Just had to wait 2hrs for my oil change. I had a 9:30 appt. time even got to dealership a little early. Was told they were running behind so it would take 2hrs. Other then that everything was good . They always go beyond what you need service to help you. My service guy was Nathan Rogers he was super nice and very professional . I usely deal with John Daigle he’s great to deal with .

Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I’m still waiting on my vehicle to be service still didn’t get to drive it yet to get a survey yet on the car. My car salesmen never call me back abut the service on the car I had to call him.but he still never call me back to tell me about the car.still waiting but I do still have the loneners vehicle
On yesterday I went to Matt Bower Nissan to look around, not to buy are trade in. When I got there I was greeted with great service. I spoke with John Godfrey who assisted me by any means necessary. I was not looking to leave off the lot with a car, what’s so amazing I didn’t ask to see the cars he pick one out for me and it was perfect from that moment I knew I had to get this car. John made sure that happened even when I had doubts, he made sure I was one satisfied customer. Great job John Godfrey I will make sure I recommend your service. This post is to retract the prior post that I recently sent. I am very happy to report that my faith in Matt Bowers Nissan has been restored, and I’m very proud to be able to share that with everyone. I must commend and especially thank Reggie Bates for reaching out to me and exhibiting exemplary customer service skills in his determination to make me Whole in this process, and turned out to be instrumental in correctly solving the issue. I would now definitely buy another vehicle and recommend the dealership to people that I deal with. I’m so glad that everything was resolved and now I’m back to enjoying my beautiful vehicle.
