I'm good about maintaining a car - regular oil changes, having it looked over carefully each time. This has been, and still is, a great car. A decent size, fairly comfortable and handles well in all kinds of conditions with decent all-weather tires. I live in the US Northeast, so we see it all. With it's age, I'm beginning to have to put a little more into it but nothing unexpected. Wish Ford hadn't changed the design so radically or I'd consider another Fusion next time. The new ones have less visibility and they look like they are grimacing.
We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. Excellent well built and very nice design. Great color-black champagne. Great looking when waxed. Extremely dependable. Great car for commuting or just enjoying the road. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
The staff at Superior Ford was responsive and completed the repair as expected. The Service Team communicated with me and kept me aware of the progress.

This car has a very sleek design to begin with. I had plenty of room in the car for everything. Drove the car everyday and took it on many long road trips. The gas mileage was great and all the functions available inside the car were fantastic. Wonderful car all around.
fast and friendly, great service and they go out of there way to make you feel relaxed and comfy. they have snacks for you too

Good car overall, great gas mileage, nice ride, but mechanical issues. A friend has the 6 cylinder and the car has been in the shop over a year with them trying to get this car figured out. My daughter bought the 2012 Ford Fusion, while driving the power steering went out, she was able to get it back home having to muscle the steering. Ford didn't not send us a recall on this and the part alone is over $1600 and labor will put this well over $2500. Ford made this recall short lived and did not notify all the owners, so now we have a car we are paying on and is undrivable. From what I have read, the power steering on this car can go out anywhere from 38000 miles and up. If I would have know this from the beginning, the piece of junk would not be in my driveway.
We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
I did not feel rushed to make a decision to buy a motor vehicle from the dealership. Good customer service. I won???t hesitate to refer a friend to this dealership.

I feel secure driving this car and the spacious interior gives a lot of leg room for road trips. My family enjoys the backseats too. I like the pick up on the highway and it is a wonderful car to park. An excellent car from bumper to bumper!
I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.

Great car. I work as a real estate agent and it shows professionalism and class without breaking your budget. Gas mileage is great and it handles pretty well too. My bluetooth works almost seamlessly with the radio. Layout of menus is very easy to navigate. Plenty of room everywhere I needed it.
I gave it 5 stars because it deserves five stars I would recommend this dealership to anybody and Douglas made us welcomed at the car dealership and made sure everything was good on the vehicle before we took it very nice guy

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
Amazing experience and service. Jeff went out of his way to get us the right vehicle at the right price. Even offered to bring the vehicle to us to test drive. This is the second vehicles we have purchased from Buffalo Morrie’s and we will go back.

It’s a very nice car as well as stylish, I enjoy the hands free calling, the heated seats and steering wheel as well as the keyless entry & touch screen on boarding
I drove 2 hrs to check out a couple vehicles I saw on line. With the help of Glen Koppin I was able to make the best choice. Very professional & friendly people without being pushy. Wade Carlson made the paperwork painless while another gentleman at the end of my visit showed me some tricks for my keyless entry, unfortunately I didn't get his name but was a great guy! I would recommend Morries to others.

Looks great. Good performance for 4 cylinder engine. Love this car. Rear seating can be a bit cramped for adults but great for family. No issues mechanically.
Steve Schleif was a great help in picking out our used 2014 Ford F150.
We recommend Morries Ford in Buffalo for purchasing a new or used vehicle. The staff was very helpful from start to purchase.

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
Bob Portwood was a great Salesman to deal with. Very informed on the 2018 truck we purchased. He was with us during the whole process. We would go to him for any future purchases. Would recommend him, as a salesman, to anyone. Mike & Jane Bi
