We test drove the vehicle and then sat with him to negotiate. All in all it was a good experience
On yesterday I went to Matt Bower Nissan to look around, not to buy are trade in. When I got there I was greeted with great service. I spoke with John Godfrey who assisted me by any means necessary. I was not looking to leave off the lot with a car, what’s so amazing I didn’t ask to see the cars he pick one out for me and it was perfect from that moment I knew I had to get this car. John made sure that happened even when I had doubts, he made sure I was one satisfied customer. Great job John Godfrey I will make sure I recommend your service. Nothing to say really just hate the wait timing to get your car services an they don’t give out loaner until your car ready but other then that the wait timing could get better.. thank to Donald n ms Stacie from speeding up the work on my car..happy costume
This post is to retract the prior post that I recently sent. I am very happy to report that my faith in Matt Bowers Nissan has been restored, and I’m very proud to be able to share that with everyone. I must commend and especially thank Reggie Bates for reaching out to me and exhibiting exemplary customer service skills in his determination to make me Whole in this process, and turned out to be instrumental in correctly solving the issue. I would now definitely buy another vehicle and recommend the dealership to people that I deal with. I’m so glad that everything was resolved and now I’m back to enjoying my beautiful vehicle. The dealership found the truck I was looking for which was in good shape, and commanded a premium price. ( more than some new cars). The salesman was persistent, and even brought the vehicle to my home. The vehicle wasn't clean when delivered, the subject repairs weren't made, (parts on order and came in wrong) Salesman wanted mail them and have me to install them. Ultimately I drove to the dealership, got the parts and installed them myself. A month has passed with no follow up or satisfaction survey. At this point I wouldn't want one.
I purchased a 2011 F-150 back in December no problems with vehicle & the Sales Manager was willing to negotiate seeing I came all the way from Hattiesburg & this was the only place out of many I visited that would even try to work out a deal. Most likely this is where I'm going to buy all my vehicles

I found the car I was interested online and came in to the dealership and the entire process was flawless. I was in and out in no time and I'm so happy with my purchase of my Colorado. Both Keith and Marshall were very helpful and my sales rep was very informative. I will def be back!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
