S&S was a great place to get my vehicle. First off - I thought it being in a small town would mean not a lot of selection. Then you drive to this place and it's like a megamall of cars. There is like a car of every make there. I wanted an SUV but I didn't know if I wanted GM or some other brand. I guess I just wanted the best deal and to know that the thing wouldn't break down two days after buying it. They were quick to help me figure out a couple to look at - and then weren't pushy or annoying like most car sales places. They didn't even really try to get an answer out of me. They just told me to think about whether this vehicle would meet my family's needs and if it worked with our budget. It totally did, so I didn't feel bad about saying yes. They were able to do the financing quickly so I didn't have to spend 6 hours there. Which is nice because we had our two kids with us and they bounce off the walls quickly. This place is a great place to buy a car. I highly recommend it. -Joseph Lauis Rochester, MN

This car is all I have ever wanted. It has more than enough space and above all state of the art technology....love love love it!!
I"m happy with service, but unhappy with rebate system. In 2017, I submitted a $30.00 rebate for battery and air filter purchase. Never received rebate. I was told by the attendant at Ford in New Ulm that someone had cashed it in.
Hope I receive my $130.00 rebate this time...…………………………..Thank You!

I just bought my first Fusion. I've only been owned Fords, they have always been extremely reliable cars. I hope my Fusions stands up to the test of time. So far, everything has been great.
The check engine light came on. They found the problem and replaced the gas cap.

Great Daily Driver

I was rear ended and my mustang was totaled, so I needed a new car for close to what the insurance company was paying. I looked around and found my Ford Fusion. It has 240 hp turbo, so it's not too bad when you need to get up and go, it's VERY comfortable, room for 4 adults comfortably and a smaller adult. I believe I got a good deal - it had 27K miles on it and not a blemish inside or out. It gets 28 mpg. My only complaint is that I couldn't find it in red. I have the silver one, and I have now noticed you can't throw a rock without hitting another one. I've tried to get into the wrong car at least twice in my parking garage. Other than the generic qualities of the shape/color, I was able to get a car 5 years newer with 120,000 fewer miles for just a few thousand dollars! So, I'll probably drive it into retirement!
Chuck Spaeth has met and exceeded all of our expectations in purchasing 3 vehicles over the last 2 years. Their sales force worked with us directly answering our questions, phone calls, text messages etc. We are very happy with our experiences.

Great Car! Performance and Luxury

I have a Fusion Sport (Twin-Turbo V6 with 325 HP and 380 LB/Ft or torque). The car also has a computer controlled suspension, heavy-duty transmission, 19" wheels, high performance tires, all-wheel drive, and a bunch of other stuff. The cars luxurious and quiet except when you want it to show you its "stuff". Then it's a monster. I have had no issues with the car in 2 years of ownership.
Very satisfied with service and car care. Appreciated very much the staff that helped me purchase the car two years ago.

Love my new Fusion! So many new upgrades from my old one. More comfortable, smoother ride. Love the leather interior. Like the features, such as built in GPS and all of the safety features. Beautiful inside & out.
Great, they even picked up our car from our house in town.

This car met all of my needs- downsized from a SUV and not sorry I did. The gas mileage is outstanding, the interior is very spacious. I am just over 6-feet tall so that is very important for me and my family!
GREAT DEALER YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM FOR SALES AND SERVICE

Clearly Infamous for transmission failures😡
by JoFordhater from Oklahoma

This car would have met all of my needs if it wasn't clear and apparent that the transmissions are infamous for failing- Yet after thousands and thousands of consumer complaints to FORD they continue to install these third world cheap faulty knock offs in their product- Ford didn't make themselves, their consumers made and continue to make them.. Ford truely does stand for Found On Road Dead... I finally get that old saying and Ford legit earned it... Stupid recalls on second rate floor mats and the two other ridiculous recalls that have zero to do with performance or safety issues as the transmission does.. yet no recalls on those issues because it might cost FORD a little chump change to keep the consumers who made them safe and broke - I've been strictly a Honda consumer for the 31 years I've been driving and I stepped out of my perfect vehicle comfort zone to give FORD a chance - It cost me 4800.00 and lasted less than six months... Your welcome for my business and thank you for reminding me that I'm a proud Honda consumer for life...
Yes I WOULD RECOMEND TSIS TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got this car

Although I just took delivery of this Fusion I have owned 7 other Fusions, including a 2019 Hybrid. All have been perfect. Great mpg and comfortable for me.....6'5 and my wife ....5'1. The memory seat is a great option.
One of the best Fords I've ever owned. Only 2 complaints I have are the rocker panels rust out quickly and can be hard to start at times in colder climates, but a quick and simple MAF sensor change fixed that.
For being a bigger V6 I wasn't expecting the greatest mileage, but getting 24 mpg in city guess I can't complain. That's the same as wife gets on her 1.4 liter Chevy Cruze.
Plenty of power, step on gas and you're gone. I've raced a couple V8s and gave them a good run for their money
