I just wanted to thank the entire team at JP for making my buying experience a memorable one. From the moment I called and talked to Carly about the vehicle, Hector helping me through the process, and the finance team getting me to the payment I wanted, they were all super nice and accommodating to my needs.
We called ahead on a Friday, but were not able to make it in before close. We drove over an hour on Saturday to get there really hoping for a good experience and quality car. We were not disappointed!!! The experience start to finish was nothing short of great! Our salesman Skee was off on Saturday when we went in, he came in on his day off to help get us in our new car! From sales to finance and service we were very impressed with the warm greetings (to both us and our children, including a baby!!!!!) and efficiency!! Will be back when hubby is ready for a new pick up!
This makes the 4 or 5 vehicle we have purchased from Spring Valley Ford. Skee Hartmann has bee our sales person for all purchases. When our vehicles need repair he will take our vehicle over and bring it back when repairs are done. Also, he leaves his vehicle for us to drive.
All the staff at Spring Valley Ford are very professional. Would recommend them to any one looking for a vehicle.
Very recently we made our 2nd new vehicle purchase from Spring Valley Ford....both times Skee was our salesman.Each time Skee made it a very enjoyable experience....any questions we had (and we had many) he answered with confidence...he guided us to make important decisions about warranties, etc. Our first new vehicle is now 7 years old and runs perfectly....looks good and we are keeping it as our 2nd vehicle. First time buying a car, shopping for my second car and was very nervous. There was no need however, as everything about my experience was fantastic. The salesman was polite, professional and friendly, same with the manager and district manager. Very down to Earth people that happened to know quite a few of the same people that I went to school with. The test drive was painless and smooth as was the paperwork and and loan process. They walked me through everything, explaining every detail and answering every question I had. Very satisfied with my time shopping.

Pleasant greeting. Respectful. But admitted they used a "back door" to show a car they had ordered as if they already had it. Honesty would have saved me a trip! Not likely to believe anything from them in the future.
I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. I left my home in Shorewood at 8:45 AM. Drove to Morris and went to Greenway motors. I had been to 5 other dealers over the last few weeks. John met me when I entered was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in looking at. I asked for a price which he figured right in front of me. He didn't low ball the price. He gave me a quick fair price. I then asked for a price for my trade in.
The price was the best price I had received and the amount they offered for my car was $3000.00 more than the next highest offer and $6000.00 more than 2 others. They did the paperwork switched everything over with no pressure to buy anything else. They did show me a video and they offered an extended warranty. I declined and we were done. I was back home in Shorewood at my home before noon. This was like a dream. I absolutely hate buying cars because of the mysterious unknowns most dealers use against their customers. Greenway didn't try any of that. In the future they will be the first place I will visit, when car shopping.

I WALKED IN WITH MY HELMET AND FLAK JACKET ON, EXPECTING THE USUAL DECEIT AND TRICKERY THAT UNFORTUNATELY ACCOMPANYS CAR BUYING.. WELL, AFTER A FEW HOURS WITH BRENDA LAWLESS, I REALIZED THIS DAY WOULD BE DIFFERENT. HER PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY, AND DOWN TO EARTH INTERACTION WAS A PLEASURE. NO GAMES, NO MAGIC ACTS. Rub Ford Dealerships is the place to buy a new truck or car. I was really nervous about having to go out to the dealerships to find a truck for that was my last husband's job. I gave my son-in-law Brad a list of options I was wanting on the truck. Brad contacted Nick the salesman with my list of the kind of truck I was looking for. Even though they did not have one at the dealership. Nick was able to find the truck I wanted and traded another dealership for the truck. All at a great deal and they treated me and my son-in-law Brad with great care. No hidden extra expenses. When I get ready to buy another vehicle Rub's the place i will be calling again.
