I have always tried to avoid buying from a dealership because of how it made me feel. Vidmar Honda was really deal changer for me. First I had my older vehicle serviced at this dealership. I was always impressed with the honesty and integrity of repairs they did and recommended. I never felt pressured or duped into unneeded repairs. This gave me extra trust in purchasing a new vehicle from them. I was not disappointed as the sales associate was supportive and not pushy. She also oriented my wife and I to our new vehicle like I have never seen before.
My engine was destroyed from internal water pump breaking. Eric in service department went to bat for me dealing with warranty company and got me best outcome of a stressful situation. He was relentless with them. Thank you Eric!

My daughter went on her first car buying trip alone. She went to look at a Toyota Yaris. She was told it was not available because it needed a computer and when repaired the price would be $2000 more. She came home with a very nice 2007 Lincoln MKZ. The car had a couple problems that the dealership fixed but one they did not. The window sticker displayed the features of the car, one of them being heated seats. The heated seats worked for the test drive but not later. They were worked on twice and functioned once after each repair. I called the service department, which was very helpful and professional, and was told the car needed a heated seat module connector and a heated seat module. The Sales Department told the Service Department not to replace the parts.. If the Sales Department knew parts were needed and they were not going to fix the seats the least they could have done was let my daughter know so she could have had it fixed during the three days it was in their facility having the other repairs made. I would recommend the Service Department but not the Sales Department. My son drives Fords and after this experience with the Sales Department is looking in Colorado Springs for a new car.
Steve Salazar is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He even sent a Christmas card to see how my vehicle was doing thus far. Even got me an extra key for my Chrysler Aspen. This guy is amazing. The buying process could not have been more satisfying. You need a new or used car? Then go see Steve Salazar at Spradley.
Mike Peterson was our salesman. He approached us promptly & was helpful in determining exactly what kind of vehicle we were looking for. It took a little time, but we are happy with the Toyota Camry he found for us. Also, your entire staff was friendly, courteous & personable. The whole overall experience is one that you should take great pride in. We felt comfortable & not pushed or rushed. That's important to us. Keep up the good work. When we are ready for another vehicle we will be back!
I didn't make it in to the location but I am basing this off of customer service I received emailing back and forth with a sales associate on a used vehicle. Responses were quick and I would definitely look there for a vehicle in the future.
Me and my family had excellent experience at Southwest Motors a man name Ken Sisneros did a excellent job of helping me look for a new car. he didn’t make me feel rushed and he helped me look for a car that was in my price range. In my opinion he’s pry one of the best Salesman’s that southwest motors has.

I highly recommend this place.Friendly employees like Irma Garcia-ortiz are the reason a do business there they have good customer service,the owner and staff are very reasonable and will work with you to satisfy your expectations and your needs.
These people are so awesome in making sure I got the car I wanted! They worked with me for 7 whole hours to make sure I left the lot in a different car! The owner is extremely awesome in making my deal happen and I thank him so much for it! To be able to work with me for that long just so I can drive off in a new car, I'm so happy I gave them a chance and see how hard they tried for me! Best customer satisfying dealership I've been to thus far! Definitely recommend!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
