I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Clay Cooley was courteous and exceedingly professional in conducting their repairs. They kept me informed on progress at each step and once repairs were completed, readied the car for pickup.

I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Great first car in my opinion, I’ve had 2 fusions now. My second one 19’ SE ecoboost (current) does have its issues such as transmission problems that I’ve never had in my 16’ SE but it rides comfortably, looks good, very safe and puts down some good power for a 1.5 liter. When I got into my accident with the 16’ it was honestly not bad, solid hit but I barely moved and the car took the impact really well (airbags did not deploy) ford is really tough lol. I’m in love with this car and I hoping to transfer to fusion sport soon. Definitely a sleeper just wish it could look more aggressive

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

I absolutely love this car. One of the best investments I have ever made. This is the Third ford vehicle I have owned. Its got a really smooth ride. I love the safety features. I drove my Fusion from California to Ohio and back. I was averaging 725 miles to the tank. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the Ford Fusion Hybrids.

I'm a Ford person. You cant get the Ford out of me. I have always liked their style and features. And the price of my Fusion was a plus. I have always owned a Ford vehicle and they always step it up to keep my interest intrigued. All of the Ford vehicles I've owned were comfortable, sturdy, great power (motor wise) and fancy for me.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I have had my 2014 Fusion Titanium for 10 years, i bought it with 12K miles and now have 145K. this is the best car I have ever owned. besides regular maintenance, i have had 0 issues. Everything still works, no leaks runs great. Definately a good car.

I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

I came in after a dissappointing visit to Family Volkswagen of Burleson. Tim messaged me and showed me videos of the cars I was interested in and was super nice in getting me some rough numbers over the phone to make my visit more smooth since I live far. I was able to make it in and J Kvale was my salesperson and let me tell you, he was very helpful. He found me a deal I felt good about on a car that meet my needs and budget. The environment at the dealership was relaxed, I did not feel pressured at all which is rare at a dealership, especially after visitinga few and leaving dissappointed. The finance lady, I believe her name is Zarina, was also was very nice and made my process quick and painless. Everyone is so friendly, even the other sales reps were offering to help like John. Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

I've had two Fusions, a 2016 Eco Boost and a 2019 SE Hybrid and they were both really great cars. The only reason I don't have one now is because I need an SUV since I'm an avid skiier. I hated selling the second and hope to have one again. They were both SO reliable and I didn't have to fix a thing on either of them during the lease duration. They're solid and have a 5-star safety rating. I literally felt safer in my Fusions than I do in my Nissan Rogue. The Rogue doesn't have the solid frame the Fusion does. I absolutely recommend.

Bought a used 2019 fusion for my daughter. This car is identical to my Lincoln mkz.....which is exactly why I bought it. If you are sad that Ford no longer makes the fusion, buy a Lincoln mkz.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. I owned this car for 9 years with relatively few issues. There were several minor recalls that were easily rectified at the dealer, but other than that, it was a reliable car, that was comfortable, and is still stylish. The interior controls are convenient and easy to use. It was fun to drive and had good acceleration.
