Had a complex A/C issue that took significant work and time to troubleshoot . Service advisor and technician were tenacious isolating and resolving the issues.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I was pleasantly greeted at this dealership, treated with respect and kindness. During the process the salesperson (sunshine) was easy to talk with, not to pushy, and good sense of humor. They went above and beyond to find the vehicle that I was looking for. Found one in Michigan and made the necessary arrangements to bring the vehicle here to the dealership.

I was having a stalling problem . It only happened once a week. They looked at it. Told me it could be multiple things and didn?t charge me anything.

Amazingly courteous on all fronts. Accurate initial assessments and clear instruction of what would be performed during the 50K inspection and service. Detailed followup on the issues that were found, and all that passed, and absolutely no pressure to have any of the work done, only suggestions and rationale. The work was performed promptly, and correctly. In my case the rear brakes required servicing (which I was expecting) and yet the front brakes were confirmed as being in good shape. Complete honesty. Finally, Amber is a jewel, from truck intake to its exit. She kept me updated and encouraged me to call with questions anytime - which I did, and she was most kind and thorough. Overall - a great experience. Thank you!

All was well done Service advisor was very nice and helped find me a tire on Friday that enabled me to use my truck over the Weekend until my matching tire came in on Monday. Way to go Shane !!
