Excellent buying experience dealing with Keith over the phone and Donavan once I got to the Dealership. Living about 3 hours away Keith took the keys so they would not show the car to anyone else untill I got to dealership.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. The salesperson Mary Whidby was outstanding. She was helpful and informative in every way. She was truly concerned about my needs and expectations. The staff in the dealership we very friendly and welcoming.

Great people to work with. Easy and hassle free. People that do what they say they will do. All paperwork was ready when I arrived. Only took minutes to sign everything and close the deal.

Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.

Walked in and immediately greeted by a service member and got my vehicle in relatively quickly. The staff was professional and courteous. They managed to get my Bronco raptor alignment down to 0.0 which I haven't seen before. Usually it's off my a .01 or .02. noice.

It was timely and quick. Just to costly. Should have discounted the price because of my age. We can?t afford to have our trucks to come here

Tried the mobile service at my house and it was great! Daunte was very friendly and professional. Took great care of my daughters Bronco. Chris my truck technician is great as well.

I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing.
