Iwas from out of state buyer. Flew in to Chicago Airport our salesman Damian Burkat pick up me and my family so we wouldn't have to take a cab. Very impressed. Did our car deal on line Very easy process all we had to do is take a test drive before it was final. In and out of the dealership with in hour. They detail the vehicle and had a full tank of gas. After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I can always count on my service needs being met. Quick Lane is convenient. My last service Was completed on time and corrected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

I really appreciate the way that Anita Ford handled my buying process. It was with such a great service. She didn?t leave any stones unturned. Even the finance department went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed when buying my truck. I just want to say thank you to each and everyone one who took the time out to make this happen for me.

Well, experience at dealership was good only wish I would have kept old truck. The 139 point inspection on truck I purchased was pencil whipped. Multiple issues my local dealer had to fix first 2 months owning it. 80% of them should have been found on inspection. I'm very happy for having Ford Advantage which covered almost 4K in repairs.

I bought a new 2023 F-150 XLT from Hopkins Ford today. Jaden was my salesman, and he knew every question I had right away. He was extremely helpful, and was an awesome salesman. I’m very happy to do business with him, and Hopkins Ford. We couldn’t find a price that was going to work for me, but we kept talking for 5 more days, and they kept working harder and harder to get the truck to me at the price I needed it. They were finally able to make it work, and I’m very grateful that they worked so hard for me. I will absolutely be buying more cars from them in the future.
