After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had such a great experience with Ricardo Lopez & Anande Gaiter who helped me through the whole process of trading in my 2017 ford focus! i went in expecting to just get some numbers but when i saw that a 2019 jeep cherokee was on the lot i couldn’t leave without it, so the guys did everything they could to put me in that car by the end of the day, im now a very happy owner of a jeep cherokee thanks to the gwinnett place ford team!

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. I can't say enough about how amazing the folks at Lithia Springs Ford were and how great they treated me. I found my dream car online and when I inquired about it Donna reached out to me promptly to discuss it. I was a little nervous about negotiating the price of the car over the phone so I wanted to get my own financing. I spoke with the sales manager Mr. "Super" Mario Rencher and he was amazing and eased all of my doubts and fears. He assured me that he was going to take care of me and he certainly did. After finalizing the price range that I wanted for the car I decided just from the phone conversations from the 2 of them that they had earned my business. When I arrived at the front I was greeted and Mr. John Paul worked with me on getting my dream car. Mr. Paul is an amazing person. He made me feel like he was selling a car to his own daughter. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice. I don't care about the miles... Lithia Springs Ford will always have a customer in me.

This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. Not happy at all about the ZAZ gps installed on the vehicle. Dealer installed it for their benefit, surely added install price to sale price then insisted I buy a subscription to the service $899. I ask to remove it they said it couldn't be removed. Payed for something I did not want. If my salesperson wasn't such a nice guy I would have walked from the deal.

Walked in and immediately greeted by a service member and got my vehicle in relatively quickly. The staff was professional and courteous. They managed to get my Bronco raptor alignment down to 0.0 which I haven't seen before. Usually it's off my a .01 or .02. noice.

Ricardo was wonderful to deal with and helped me find the vehicle for me! I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
