Mike Bolton, an amazing product specialist for my husband, who is getting his first truck, is a very knowledgeable man about the vehicles Ford has to offer. He showed us all the features and explained in detail what they do. Richard Pryce, a business manager, was the gentleman with whom we signed papers. I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Easy to work with. Very friendly. Jared was able to schedule the work in, even though they were very busy. He was very up front on pricing and even called back to verify the cost before proceeding. A previous experience with this service department was also excellent.

Brought my car in for service on same day I called to schedule it. Tire had a leak and they fixed it pretty quick. The people in service were great.

Although not convenient, our locations are becoming less so due to the scarcity of the vehicle I want. All interactions with them have been interesting since the day we initiated our contact happened 4 or 5 times with a different person each time. All the eager beavers seemed professional.

As always AutoNation Ford Bradenton knocks it out of the park. The Service Manager Andrew is awesome, always making sure that your service is completed correctly.
